A few things that I noticed while going through this unit are, range vent lid cracked, rusty wheels, front bed canvas moldy, and it could use a good cleaning. Now for the hard stuff. The rules of the auction...... At Kitsmiller RV, we do not tolerate non-paying bidders. We have very strict rules about payment and pickup instructions, so please read very carefully. We require a deposit of $500 within 48 hours of auction end. We prefer Paypal but can take a credit card over the phone. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due within 7 days of auction close. We will store the coach up to 2 months if paid for in full. Storage arrangements must be made and approved with management before bidding. We do not accept multiple payments on the deposit, or through Paypal on this auction. We do not accept more than $2000 total on a credit card. Aa paypal transaction counts as a credit card payment. Out of state customers will receive wire transfer instructions, unless they prefer to pay in cash. (The green kind with presidents on it.) We also offer financing, which is a completely different kind of transaction. Credit customers must be preapproved, or bank terms accepted, before bidding. All of our units are for sale locally, and we reserve the right to end the auction early.
