Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to well above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old rvs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 38 foot According to NADA. This RV is a Coachmen Cross Country 389 DS. The Cross Country is more of an entry level RV. However, like many other RVs, it is built on a air ride Freightliner chassis. Cummins turbo motor. Allison auto trans, and an Onan Quiet Diesel Gen The trailer has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter electric Entry Steps Patio Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TVs This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. It towed a ford ranger with ease There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa sleeps 1 small child We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The front tires are 2013 date coded Michelin. The rear tires are Michelins as well, however they are beyond 7 yrs old and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 new rear tires 255 70 22.5,any less price the new tires are not included The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The 300hp Cummins DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan diesel generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $54999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Over the past 9 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, the front tires are newer and the original rear tires. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100. For the buy it now price of $54999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. Please keep in mind despite the low mileage, the RV is still 9 yrs old. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 38' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Forest River Coachmen Cross Country SE it has been called SportsCoach as well. This RV would be similar to a Fleetwood diesel like the Bounder or Expedition, or the Damon Ultrasport. If you are expecting a decent to nice 14 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofadinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The rear tires need replacement. The Front tires are a 2010 date code. RV tire life is 7 yrs, so under NORMAL usage they should be good thru 2017. Most of the rear tires have plenty of tread, however they are over 7 yrs old and need replacement. ( one of the rear ones, looks like a USED tires, which is likely since the tires are living on barrowed time.) The buy it now price posted includes 4 brand new tires 255 70 22.5 is what V2GRV will put back on the RV The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. This RV is a used RV. Please keep in mind just because it has very low mileage doesnt mean it is still a 2005. V2GRV has noted some paint work has been done on some of the storage doors. Clean Car fax, supports the miles and a clear title.The pocket door from the living room and the bathroom, is wrapped.
