A: Yes and No. Despite well intentioned first time applicants, It is well know that the DMV rejects a large percentage of the applications due to lack of experience with the application process and the concepts falling short of the mutation criteria. Many of the “Low Concept” “Art cars” you see at buring man are actually approved only for “handicap transportation” Long gone are the days of getting a moderately modified golf cart approved at Burning Man. Everyone wants to have some cool form of personal transportation at Burning Man and the DMV knows this. They have definitely raised the bar on what qualifies as mutated vehicle. 2011 Lark Enclosed V-Nose Car Hauler/ Race Trailer Up for sale I have a 2011 Lark 22ft Enclosed Car hauler. I had this trailer custom ordered to do away with 3 smaller trailers I had sitting around but I am upgrading to a 28 footer so this one must go. Nothing was spared when ordering this trailer. If you compare this model to the other “basic” trailers you will see what the extra $2,000 in extras gets you when ordering a trailer. The usable loading space in the trailer is 19.5 feet with a 2 foot storage closet in the V-Nose. This is plenty of space to load a full size sedan and almost any street rod. We had plans to use this as a junior Dragster race trailer but ended up using our 32 foot with a lounge instead. We primarily used this trailer to tow our Two golf carts and Honda Goldwing twice a year, once to the mountains, and once to the beach a total of eight trips. We occasionally towed a 1942 John Deere Antique Farm Tractor. It has only seen three cars. A 35 Ford Street rod a, 2005 Crown Victoria, and a 1970 Mustang, all which were well within the 10,500lb rating. I ordered it with the 5,200 lb axles to have plenty of head room and added stability when towing in mountains. This trailer has been well maintained, not abused or overloaded and barely towed. I would estimate the millage on this trailer to be between 3,000 and 4,000 miles. The added weight of this trailer makes it tow like a dream. It does not bounce or sway like the 7,000 lb enclosed trailers do. We pulled this with a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2001 F-350.
