THIS RV IS GORGEOUS INSIDE AND OUT. It is for the buyer who really wants a class B (or small Class A), but realizing they have NO storage. You may have looked at Class C and you realize they are unwieldy, not attractive, and get poor mileage. Class A's are just too large and also get poor mileage. Enter the AVANTI! Bottom line is this: CLASS A, without the Class A Mileage (gets 11-14 MPG). TONS of basement storage. Beautiful styling, looks like a yacht inside. And it is small enough to get around town. The first thing you might notice about this Avanti front-diesel Class A from Damon Motor Coach is that it doesn't look like most motorhomes on the highway. The Avanti's sloping front cap is sleek with a one-piece wraparound windshield, the name "Avanti" is inlaid in silver above the aluminum grille and the coach sports an angled cat's-eye-like headlight array. There's more that sets the Avanti apart from many other Class A's: it's size. The 31-foot, 10-inch Avanti is equipped with a 200-hp International MaxxForce 5 V-6 diesel engine that turned in fuel economy figures up to a industry leading 14.4 mpg. The automotive cockpit is equipped with a color monitor and controls the three-camera backup system, the living area's air conditioner and 5.1 surround-sound DVD/home-theater system. A spring-assisted queen-size bed drops down from the ceiling above the cockpit with access via a small ladder that stores in an open compartment in the ceiling. The Avanti's interior will remind you more of a Yacht's interior than your typical Motorhome. Several radius cherry cabinets are located in Avanti's midsection and L-shaped kitchen. Kitchen drawers slide easily on ball-bearing guides. The U-shaped leather-style dinette opposite the curbside entry. . The dinette is equipped with a flip-top extension that allows for extra seating. The bath contains a stainless-steel sink, curved medicine cabinet and more storage. A shower is across the aisle on the driver's side of the coach in a separate compartment. In the bedroom, two lighted steps lead to the hinged north-south queen bed with storage beneath. There are more cabinets over the bed and a small wardrobe sits on top of a passenger-side nightstand. For entertainment, a 17-inch LCD TV that operates on 12-volt DC flips down from the ceiling. With its luxurious interior, European-inspired design and plenty of storage, the Avanti is leading the field in a new wave of smaller Class As.
