This RV was just driven over a thousand miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does seem to blow cold air. The 400hp ISL Cummins DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. The Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $79999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please call us, if you need to know something, 866 381 4279. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 10 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100. For the buy it now price of $79999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $79999 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The Chevy 8.1 liter V-8 Fuel Injected GASoline engine runs as it should, no problems. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage.Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, I can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires are NEW on 22.5 inch wheels. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $ we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 14 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 14 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 36'6" foot According to NADA. This coach is a Damon Ultrasport 3480 built on a Freightliner chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter Hitch 5k capacity Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal. Slide topper awning air brakes engine brake Stove top Microwave Oven TV Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 100 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is Dual overhead ACs with ducted air. Lp furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a ISB series Cummins 275hp according to NADA. The motor seems to run like it should The 5 speed Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan LP 6300 generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a troubler free operation for the new owner There is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 36k. With that said since i am asking a fraction of the NADA book, please dont expect book value for any trade in offered. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The Rv currently has 2009 Michelin Tires on it. No side wall cracking is noted. Under normal usage the tires should be good thru 2016 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. This motorhome is so accurately named – the Escaper. It is truly a home away from home that is perfect for Escaping to a warm climate for a few months in the winter, or just Escaping for a long weekend to the mountains, the perfect lake or the woods. It is roomy enough to accommodate a family camping trip comfortably, large enough to use as a long-term retirement getaway, or convenient enough to just pack up and hit the open road without even using a road map – you just stop and stay where the wind takes you! One of the advantages we have loved about traveling in a motorhome is the benefit of having everyone and everything in the same area as the driver, and not separated by another vehicle or camper trailer being towed down the road. This coach is a Damon Tuscany with the 4056 model #, which is a 6 slide RV. According to Nada the 2008 has 5 slides and 2009 has 6 slides. So, this is a 2009 model with a 2008 chassis and title. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does blow cooler air. The 360hp Cummins DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $109999, we will include a combo unit. For the rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, and they have original date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100.
