This is a 1974 Travco RV and has no damage. It runs and everything in it runs. I just put in 4 new Battery's and everything is working. the RV was my fathers he was the original owner has no dents, dings or damage other than age, all the glass is good and original, no cracks or chips. The body is in great condition has no leaks and the interior is all in working order with no damage. now for the bad news, the RV has two gas tanks and needs a small part of the gas lines replaced also needs new tires but the tires it has still hold air and were brand new when my father purchased them in 2007 that was the last time the RV was driven. The fuel pumps are brand new and were put on about 7 years ago but my father never got too finish what he was doing with the RV. The drive train has 70472 original miles and is equipped with the Dodge 440 engine also has a huge Onan Generator in it and it works very well. this is a used RV so it is sold as is. This auction is for a 1974 Dodge Prospector Motorhome. This Motorhome is Powered by an 8 Cylinder 318 gasoline engine and has an Automatic Transmission. It's runs Great, and Shifts through all gears nice and smooth as can be. It is 22' Long, and has sleeping room for 3 people (maybe 4 if 2 of them are skinny). The previous owner took the time to repaint the outside with a roller and a brush, and also sealed the unit VERY well with caulk and whatever else he could get his hands on. He also did a lot of interior work such as putting in new flooring, some new ceiling pieces, and also looks like he varnished the cabinets amongst other things. The dual powered refrigerator, and water heater have been removed and the vents for these have been caulked and sealed over (You can see this in the outside pics). It will come with everything shown inside the camper. The microwave, the refrigerator, and the tv all seem to work just fine, and so does the ceiling Air Conditioning unit. The A/C in the front is currently not working, may need to be recharged. There is also an electric space heater in the cabinet below the sink for cold nights. The stove works fine, but I think the oven which also doubles as the furnace (Duette) needs a new thermocouple, and the onboard propane tank is about 1/4 way full. The kitchen sink and shower both work, and the toilet flushes as well. The tires have decent tread, a couple are beginning to show signs of dryness but should still be ok. This motorhome has some bumps,bruises, tears, imperfections, and other things that I'm sure I've probably missed. Please feel free to stop by and check it out BEFORE you buy. It is nothing fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but it does look pretty darn good for being 40 years old. It will get you where you are going and get the party started. The rest is up to you. It has 81344 miles on the odometer, and I have a clear Title in hand. This camper is NOT ANYWHERE NEAR PERFECT, so please don't expect it to be. It has had repairs and modifications done over the years so please pay very close attention to the photos. I took very large pictures of this item to show the very best look at condition as possible. 1978 Dodge Executive 32 Foot Motor home with a Clear Title. I bought it when it had 42,000 Miles on it and now it has 67,237 miles on it. I'm the second owner of this Motorhome I replaced (NEW) two of the furnaces, two of the air conditioning units, one generator, all the lighting fixtures above to have more light, carpet and upholstery on the chairs and couch, in mauve colors. I also put a custom stainless steel Magnaflow exhaust system on this Motorhome so it would not rot away like a stock exhaust system would and it puts out way better performance on the road now. It also has three roll out awnings installed on the outside of this Motorhome. It has good operating batteries. I bought brand new tires front and rear less than a year ago. The front tires have been mounted and balanced. The rear tires need to be mounted onto the rims. I had the carburetor fine tuned on a dynamometer to perfection. The engine is a Dodge 440 Cubic Inch Gasoline Engine. I have the owners manual and every other manual for the new furnaces, generator, etc. This is a really nice Motorhome and can be driven anywhere without worrying about it breaking down on you. This Motor home needs to be licensed and tabbed. I stopped using it after my wife had a stroke back in 2008 and she will never be able to go off traveling with me anymore or I would never sell this Motor home. My dream was to travel around the U.S.A after I retired with my wife. I invested a lot of money into it. I bought it for $25,000 dollars and invested at least another $10,000 dollars into remodeling the interior for my wife; plus replacing and updating a lot of other items I listed above and more. I will miss it once it is gone; but I have no use for it anymore. I guess what I'll miss more than anything else is the dream I had traveling all over the U.S.A with my wife during my retirement years Nada's retail values for my Motorhome says Low Retail price of $8550.00 and Average Retail price says $10,300.00.
