This is a front living layout fifth wheel. This allows for a nice separation of space, and yet also an open concept feel. There are 4 slides throughout the trailer giving lots of extra square feet. The living space is very well laid out with 2 large couches that both make down into beds. The couches are nicely place for conversation, and to enjoy the entertainment center. The kitchen is packed with good functional storage, including a large pantry, large cabinets, and many drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave/hood, double door fridge/freezer, and lots of counter space. The dining table is placed across from the kitchen. This makes it easy access to the kitchen, and still out of the way, because the dining table sits in a large slide. The bathroom is very well laid out. There is a nice sink vanity and big corner glass enclosed shower, and a private room for the commode. It has a solid door between the living space and the bedroom space, so there is good privacy. It has a walk around queen bed, huge mirrored door closet, a built in chest of drawers, and an extra closet in the bathroom area that has washer/dryer hook-ups. There is also a separate exterior entry door in the bedroom, so there are 2 exterior entry doors. Having 2 exterior entry doors is a great convenience, and a nice safety feature. This fifth wheel has a fully ducted air conditioner, and heater. This trailer is fully insulated for all four seasons. So it is outfitted very well for the cold and hot weather. Though it is not in the pictures a LARGE PATIO AWNING is being newly installed and is included in the price!.......We have a full service department available for your parts and service needs. This is a 2004 T@B T16 , extra thick gel coat fiberglass exterior including the roof (no maintenance or leak worries) , This camper is 14ft. 10 in. over all length including the tongue . Only weighs 1,320 pounds and is light enough for one person to easily roll it around by hand (that why they have the handles on the front ) So if you are not the best at backing a trailer into a campsite just unhook it from your vehicle and roll it were you want to go . another nice feature is the surge brakes .No brake control needed !! Also has a parking brake that you can set on the front of the camper so a wheel chock is not needed .
