GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RVs, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. Sometimes, we may forget something or make a mistake about some detail. So, please give us a call for a walk around description to ensure that we have good communications about this RV. This coach is approx 246" according to NADA This coach is a Thor Freedon Elite C class Corner bed c class built on a GM chassis This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. 600 to be exact There is a roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does cold air. The GM V8 runs like it should The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage.Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Overall the RV looks above avg when compared to other 2014 RVs Over the past 2 years I can not guarantee there has never been a leak, currently we have not seen any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 16 inch wheels This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item powered up for your complete inspection. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The RV has had previous paint work on it, prior to my purchase. Title is clear / salvage free. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 40 foot According to NADA.Nada values this RV at 146k with no options added. With thats said since i am asking approx 60% of book value, please understand i cannot allow book value for any trade in. Thanks The RV as you can see in the spec sheet was sold brand new as a 2007, during the last 7 yrs due to the chassis VIN it has been titled as a 2006. Some states will correct this with some leg work. I know from a fellow dealer Texas will. With this said, V2GRV will be giving a 2006 title for this 2007 model Elite. This coach is Coachmen Forest River Sports Coach Elite 40QS RV built on a Frieghtliner chassis. This RV is comparable to many Fleetwood , Monaco , Allegro , and Newmar products The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Slide toppers Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity Aluminum wheelsair rideair brakes2 sofas Generator electric door entry awningelectric power cord reelelectric patio awning Electric Entry Steps Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TV s passs thru storageengine brake Backup Camera side view cameras This RV was just driven approx 75 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 over head AC units. Ducted air LP furnace heater The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air, it could use some service, typically a little freon goes along ways The Engine is Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor runs like it should The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2.other sofa 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminum wheels. The front tires have oversized Michelin tires that are in great shape, however they are bigger than they should be. The rear tires are the originals and should be replaced. The rear tires are over 7 yrs old and cracking. The buy it now price posted includes 6 brand new tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. If I do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. Let me start by saying that this coach is an excellent way to spend time with your family. My son (7 year old) and I have been to Florida 5 times and many Midwestern destinations through the last 4 years which I have owned the coach. I have done every bit of maintenance on the coach and I would not hesitate to get into the coach today and drive it anywhere! I can assure you that there is absolutely nothing that this coach needs. I was simply not willing to risk travelling with a young child with anything less than a completely sorted coach. This is that coach. When I got started, it was important for me to verify that all of the safety and mechanical features were functioning properly. The engine, transmission and hydraulic systems were serviced by authorized service centers as well as the generator. As a precaution, we replaced all of the belts and pulleys. We keep a spare set of all belts and pulleys on-board in case of the unlikely event of a failure while we would be travelling. All of the Batteries are replaced in 2014! I installed a secondary video camera at the hitch so I could see to backup to a trailer or a tow vehicle. This was very helpful on more than one occasion! No Expense has been spared! After our first trip, I decided that we would want to add HDTV to the front and rear of the Coach. so my son can watch cartoons in the bedroom as we go down the road while I listen to music on the front TV streaming through the Pioneer stereo. I bought 2 Winegard in motion full HDTV antennas and had them professionally installed and commissioned. These installed and set up were well over $8,000.00. Then, we replaced the old "tube" TVs with 32" LED Vizio Razors front and rear. I sent the coach to "From Trees to These" (Google them) to have the new built-ins match the existing woodwork. I placed the new front TV over the drivers head so the passengers could enjoy TV as we travel. The front and rear TVs also have PlayStation 3's attached for Blue-Ray viewing or playing video games. The front TV is wired into the AUX input of the Pioneer so you can listen to what is on TV as you go down the road. I typically put it on Sirius which is included in my Satellite package. No Expense was Spared! The coach has all new carpeting and new custom made valences in the rear bedroom. I could not deal with the outdated polished brass hardware any longer! (What were they thinking in the 90's?) I disassembled all of the hardware and had all of it powder coated in a hammered pewter. It made a WORLD of difference and massively improved the feel and look of the interior of the coach. The front of the coach was beginning to show signs of being on the road! (rock chips and normal wear) The entire front was repainted to original factory specification and clear-coated in 2012 and is still in excellent condition. The wipers were removed and powder coated as well. The Lexan "American Eagle" lighted grab handle was faded, so I replaced it with a brand new one from Fleetwood. No Expense was Spared! I am sure that I am leaving many of the upgrades out, but I think that from my description, you should understand my pride of ownership and the commitment that I have made to not only improving the coach but safeguarding myself and my son through all of the necessary maintenance upgrades and ongoing upkeep. The coach just returned from a wonderful trip to Disney and performed flawlessly. Before I parked it, I performed the latest service interval and have changed the oil and filters in both the coach and the generator. It is sitting in my indoor storage facility cleaned and fueled ready for its next owner. In an effort to sell the coach at a fair and realistic number, I have researched the price of these coaches extensively. I suggest you do the same. On RV Trader, current listed RVs are available where the high is $59,000 and the low is $39,000. On NADA the values are a bit higher. The Original New Price as listed was $257,180.00 Current Low Retail (with the factory options) is $54,310 and High Retail is $65,430. I think that you will agree that with all of the improvements that this coach is much closer to if not setting the upper range, however, I am listing the coach dead in the middle of the listed RVs at $ 49,000.00. Please feel free to send offers, although I can tell you that it is going to be close to this number to purchase this coach. I have ALLLLLLLOT more invested than that! The memories we have had travelling together are priceless. We are just hoping to move up to a bigger coach. Consequently, this is not a "fire sale" and if it does not sell at a fair price, then my son and I will just keep enjoying it.
