6' X 12', ENCLOSED, TRAILER, 3500# axle, great shape, LED LIGHTS, INTERIOR LIGHT WITH SWITCH, hand cranked vent all water tight. Fold up / down bed / couch mounted to inside of front of trailer for sleeping / chilling. Inside latch added to man door to allow to lock yourself inside for sleeping in etc.... Has a side panel fix where panel was pushed out, now has large fender washers supporting the panels at the screws, (better than new) Has 4 each 2000# built in hold downs that came with it one is broke. 3 still useable, I added some 5000# hold downs, you can add more to the deck if needed. Has added flip down ramp extension at end of ramp, and one automatic flip down and up that covers the gap between trailer bed and ramp to make it easy to use hand trucks loading and small wheels to move over gap. Rock guard on front. Latch Locks do not go with it. Tires are like new, does not have spare. Great trailer I just had to buy a bigger trailer to fit my businesses growing needs.

I have up for sale my personal 6X12 2005 Haul enclosed trailer with side door and barn type doors on the back. It is in good condition. I purchased it to haul furniture and now I need to upgrade to a larger size. I have clear title as well as I have just put a brand new set of tires on it. It does not leak as I have it packed full of furniture now hence the reason I do not have any inside pictures. You would need to make arrangements to pick up. I have for sale a used Haulmark trailer which needs some work. The trailer is a 2004 and was parked a roughly two years ago hence why its so dirty. The trailer floor is solid. The trailer needs the following: -New driver-side tire-The door broke off one of the hinges so I ended up removing the door completely. The trailer needs two new hinges from haulmark and to be re-welded-The door needs to be re-connected to the spring and cable which is still in tact inside the trailer-You need to go over a few of the lights and electrical connections-Trailer needs a once over. I am located in Closter, New Jersey 07624 and am just looking to part ways with it. With some bleach, a pressure washer and some TLC this will be a much cheaper alternative then purchasing a newer one! Any questions 201-913-5613 Lou
