We love this RV but want to free up some cash for a house. Currently, we are full-time RVers and live in it. To some this will be seen as a negative; but, to those that have been RVing a while, this will be seen as a positive. Since this is our home, we take care of it meticulously. I have worked out some bugs that occur with all RVs (even million dollar ones). All maintenance has been done at Cummins authorized dealers and records are on hand. There are several remaining warranties on the coach that will switch to the new owner: 1. Coach-Net roadside assistance/Towing- Expires April 2017 2. Spartan Chassis- Expires April 2017 3. Cummins Engine- Expires April April 2019 The complete specifications are too many to type out and are instead shown as a picture. All options are included, except this RV has the booth dinette, not the free standing chairs. Included with price is a Wi-Fi Ranger, awning shade (a shade that hangs from the awning providing additional shade/privacy and six tire covers. I switched out the love seat for a desk. The love seat is in Moravia, NY and is available for you to pick up or pay for the shipping. So why should you buy this coach? It rides like a dream and feels like a small luxury apartment. The three air-conditioners can handle any temperature. The heater will keep you toasty even down to at least -9F; I know this, because it got down to this temperature when we took it skiing for a month in Breckenridge, CO and there were absolutely no problems. This RV is very well built with hardwood cabinetry, lots of insulation and polished tile, heated floors. The Sleep Number bed is very comfortable. The stackable GE washer and dryer work great and prevents the need to go to the laundromat. We upgraded the microwave/convection oven to a GE Advantium and it works awesome. Our tow vehicle is a full-size F-150 and it tows with no problems. I am retired, so I have time on my hands, and I will personally take as much time as you need to teach you how the coach works; including driving it and all the sub-systems. We have really enjoyed this coach and want the new owner to be as satisfied as we are. Since we live in it, we will have it professionally cleaned inside and out after the sale is complete. For sale separately: 10,000 pound Blue Ox Tow bar, Blue Ox 6 inch drop hitch and RVi2 Brake Buddy for tow vehicle. This would be well over $1,600 retail, but I will sell it for half that- $800 for all of it.
