Good condition, well cared for. There are no signs of any damaged or missing items. The roof, awnings, and interior fabrics are all clean and undamaged. It has not been smoked in, and no pets. According to the seller, all systems and functions are fully operational, other than two vent fans, which no longer work. There is noticeable fading on the exterior that is notated in photos and is only cosmetic. This unit is a 2011 Excel 34TKM. It is a very high end luxury unit with all hardwood cabinets (not pressed wood), central vacuum, washer/dryer prep, hydraulic rear levelers, slide out awning toppers, thermal pane windows, tons of interior and exterior storage and much more!!! 2011 Peterson Excel Winslow 33RLE, When this trailer was built, it was ahead of it's time. It still is. There is no other trailer on the market with basement storage. Plus, this travel trailer has a fifth wheel floorplan. Look it has an island bed slide-out, wardrobe slide-out, sofa slide-out and a free standing dinette with two recliners in the fourth slide-out. Plus there is a fireplace and tv on the rear wall. The galley has a user friendly layout with really nice cabinets, a refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven and a solid surface countertop. MUST SELL one custom 2015 Excel 33IKE Winslow Travel Trailer built with the Limited Edition Features. We have ordered a new slightly larger New Horizons Travel Trailer with a very similar floor plan. This TT was custom built for 2 people and was designed for boondocking full timers. The Mor-Ryde "IS" suspension system with disc brakes was specifically chosen for long distance traveling. This TT will be located in the camping Rally Area of the 2017 Super RV Show at the Florida Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florida on January 17-22, 2017. If you will call my cell phone I will meet you and show it to you. When I did my research on a TT I used the RV Consumer guide book which rated all manufacturers of all TT's. The ratings were: #1 New Horizons; #2 Excel/Peterson Ind.; and #3 Northwood Mfg. At the time I could not afford the NH, so I purchased the Excel. I also liked the Northwood, however, they did not build custom and I really wanted a generator and more storage. The features and construction in this Excel are superior and we looked at several over many years of going to RV shows. When you see this Excel you will be able to verify that there is a really big difference in quality between TT manufacturers. This TT is for someone that wants to be able to travel very comfortably, have the storage of a 5'er and be able to use their truck bed, stop wherever they like, and still not give up anything. For example, you can pull into a rest stop or a Wal-Mart and cook your dinner and watch satellite TV using the Magnum MS2812 Inverter with its 675 amp hour AGM battery bank. This is like having a 30 amp power supply without being plugged in. The inverter will operate the following: Induction cooktop, Microwave /Convection oven, 49” Samsung 8000 series LED TV, Blu-ray player, Winegard “Traveler” automatic Satellite Dish (roof mounted), Coffee Maker, 32” Samsung TV in bedroom, Refrigerator, and all 120V outlets. You can have all of this quietly without the generator running. The LP gas system will operate the following: Refrigerator, hot water heater, generator, 40,000 BTU two stage furnace heating system, and quick disconnect outlet for a BBQ grill. By running the 6500 Watt Onan LP Generator you can use any of the following: GE Washer/Dryer, Coleman 15K air conditioners (2) one in living area and one in bedroom (both are commonly ducted so that you really only need to run one at a time, (unless you are in the Arizona desert in July), hot water heater, fireplace, or power the Inverter’s built in 125 Amp hour charger to charge up the battery bank. Please look at the original invoice in with the pictures and the video for more details. This TT is in excellent condition and was only used for about 9 month’s total time. It was an investment for us of over $150K and will be a very good purchase for a party that wants these particular amenities at a really great savings!
