This is an all aluminum trailer. Rear tack, drop down doors, rubber matts, front dressing area with air conditioner and small build out with cabinets. It's an older build out and there was a small hole in the roof where the AC is. It has been fixed and properly braced. The build out is smelly from the water The trailer is solid!!! It is currently at a truck shop where the bearings were all gone through and greased .. It has passed the DOT inspection every year. Tires are all good. The spare is sad and the trailer itself could use a good bath. There are some small dents in the rear panel. Nothing serious. See picture. The horse area is 7ft tall.. It's a "workhorse" for the price.

2000 Exiss XT 300 For Sale. 7’ wide, 7’ tall x 18’ long. 3 Horse Slant w/ Aluminum Dividers, Heavy Rubber Floor Mats, Drop Down Windows on Head Side with Professionals Choice Window Screens, Sliding Windows on Rear. 4' Shortwall, Dometic AC & Heat Unit (Serviced Spring of this year), Collapsible Rear Tack w/ Removable 3 Tier Saddle Rack, 15' Awning (New Summer of '15), Solid Aluminum Wheels, New Carlisle Tires in June of this year with less than 5k miles, New electric brakes installed in ’12 that still perform very well, 30gal. High Country Plastics Water Tank with 12v Pump, All clearance, brake and turn lamps upgraded to LED, LED Loading Light Bar, 120v Panel with built in 12v converter & battery charger. The dressing room is in need of repair, a leak developed at the seam on the passenger side above the cabinet area. It has been fixed and both seam resealed, have not had time to repair the interior. We have hauled 4 horses with the dividers removed and had room to spare. The floor in the dressing room and horse area is extruded aluminum, no wood or steel to rot. Each stall has two tie rings, very handy to hang hay bags from. Trailer weighs appx. 5k empty, GVWR is 10,400. Can be towed comfortably with a ½ ton pickup.
