It was sold brand new as a 2007. The title when sold was a 2007. However, some where in the process due to the chassis, the title now reads 2006. There is approx a 6-7% depreciation in value between a 2007 and a 2006. The title and Bill of sale the will be provided will reflect a 2006 model, even though it SHOULD be a 2007. Some states will correct this. SC is not one of them.This RV is a Fleetwood PAce Arrow 37C RV. It is built on a Workhorse GM chassis. Fleetwood , makes other fine products like the Bounder , Terra , Southwind , American Tradition Eagle Dream Expedition , Providence , Excursion , and the Discovery. There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Heat pumps also, with 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. . We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are the originals and therefore should be replaced. There is sidewall cracking. The posted buy it now price does include 6 brand new 255 70 22.5 tires.The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fleetwood American Coach Revolution RV built on a Spartan Chassis. American Coach makes other fine RVs , like the American Eagle , Tradition , Dream , and the Heritage. Fleetwood the parent company makes RVs like the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition, Providence and the Excursion The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter/ inverter rear Hitch 17k lbs capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Electric Entry Steps Patio Electric Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven Aluminum wheels 2 brand new tires already installed, buy it now price posted includes 4 rear tires Side mount radiator TV s Fiberglass roof Backup Camera This RV was just drove approx 750 miles with no trouble. There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Ducted airs Heatpumps as well There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. There are 3 overhead ACs that work. Each is also a heat pump. 2 LP furnaces as back up. One of the AC s looks brand new , 15k BTU for the bed room. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air while going down the road. Perhaps some freon will make a diff. The Engine is a Cummins ISM series M11 500HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. 10k watt. The customer told me they had the gen recently serviced. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. V2GRV had these tires installed back in March 2014. Approx 4k miles have been put on them. So they are nearly new The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is in above avg shape when compared to other 9yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 39 foot according to NADA based on the model number. This coach is a Fleetwood Discovery 39S, Fleetwood makes the Providence , Expedition , Bounder , Excursion , American Eagle , American Dream , and the American Tradition The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Hyd jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal Electric Door entry awning window awnings Stove top aluminum wheels Microwave Oven TV 2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cat C 7 330HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires front tires are less than 7 yrs old and do not need replacement at this time. The rear tires are the originals and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 brand new rear tires. For the buy it price now posted V2GRV will install 4 brand new rear tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. This outside of the coach is probably in above avg.condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 39 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Fleetwood Providence 39L RV. This is the top of the line under the Fleetwood name. This RV is similar to but higher than the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition , Excursion . The only thing higher than the Providence made by Fleetwood is the American Coach line, consisting of the American Tradition Eagle Heritage and the Revolution The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted Air Over head heatpumps with LP furnace backup heat The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air The Engine is a Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor made the trip just fine, no oil consumption was noted The Allison 6 speed automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 114k. When it comes to trade ins. I can sell my RV $30000 behind book because i bought it for less than book. With that said please understand i cant sell my RV 30k behind book and allow someone book on their RV This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 7 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 1 small child Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, however they are less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. 4 tires are 2013 Firestone tires. 2 tires do have some small cracks and are 2008 tires. The price posted includes 2 new Firestone tires The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related expenses.) What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
