This fifth wheel is in better-than-expected condition for its age. The only wear and tear noted were on two recliners. The owners have a cat, but there was no evidence of a cat. It has been stored under a covered roof and has tire covers. There is a new awning and new jack leveling controls. There is no evidence of water infiltration or delamination. Stock #327280 ***SALE PENDING*** 2016 HEARTLAND BIGHORN 3970RD fifth wheel with recent updates! This 2016 Bighorn 3970RD manufactured by Heartland is a fifth wheel with five slides and has everything you need to live in or travel and camp in style. When you first enter the living, kitchen, and dining areas, you will notice this RV's spaciousness. The kitchen has an island with a double stainless kitchen sink and a high-arc faucet. There are cabinets and drawers on the island and pendant lighting above. The spacious pantry is full-size. The full-size refrigerator/freezer has an icemaker and a water and ice dispenser on the door. There is a three-burner stove with a cooktop cover and an oven. There is also a convection microwave. To the side of the kitchen is an extra counter with cabinet storage above and more cabinets and drawer storage below the counter. The dining area has a table with two chairs. There are an additional two chairs wrapped and stored under the king bed. The living area has an entertainment center with a mount for a TV that recedes into the cabinet when the TV is not in use. (There is not a TV in the living area) The entertainment center also has a fireplace. There are two sofas and a double recliner. Along with a beamed ceiling, there is a ceiling fan. The bedroom has storage under the queen bed with a hydraulic lift for easy access. A full-size closet includes a washer/dryer hookup and cabinets and shelf storage. There is also a TV. There are more cabinets and drawers in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with glass doors. There is also a ceiling vent and a skylight, a porcelain toilet, a medicine cabinet, a sink with a vanity, and an additional storage cabinet above the toilet. Outside there is lots of storage for all your camping and traveling gear. This fifth wheel is being offered with many extras, including a Curt R20 fifth-wheel roller hitch with a slider. 2008 Keystone Mountaineer Montana 345 DBQ Fifth Wheel. Great condition, has everything included !! Everything works great. A/C has dual zones to control. Tires are new from last year. 2000 Watt Inverter brand new, lots of storage underneath and inside. This has the Glacier Package!!! Means there is insulation all around and tanks wont freeze with furnace on. 2 bathrooms, shower with tub, outdoor gas burner with sink, has outdoor shower, bumper hitch for towing,this unit has been kept inside in our warehouse over the winters, sleeps 10 people, rear bunkroom with four fold up bunk beds and standing closet, bench table folds down to sleeping area for kids, couch has built in inflatable bed- also have an extra to include, front bedroom is queen bed with storage underneath, seperate sink and mirror, tv slides out from closet, has hook ups for washer and dryer, roof is clean, tv antenna works great, has DVD player and Smart TV with WIFI for streaming at parks. As you can see from the pics we have small kids and this has been a blast with them. We purchased a cabin after traveling over three years looking for a perfect place. I have a F250 that I haul this with and drives great. This unit is set up for short bed trucks. You dont need a slider or long bed. This is an all aluminum frame and fiberglass unit. NO cheap wood or metal panels. Its long and still lightweight for single rear wheel trucks to haul. NO duallys needed. There is one small dent in the back (see pic) Other than that has its normal signs of wear such as the stickers peel a little- as most on the front of these units.
