Fully self contained, with full bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and is even plumbed and ready for a washer and dryer. Sofa also converts to a bed. Sidewalls are clean and shiny, decals have some very minor fade/cracking from the sun. Obviously, with a used trailer, you can expect some nicks, scratches, and dings (this trailer has very few, if any). Rubber roof is in good condition, no signs of any past or current leaks. Tires have good tread, not showing any signs of weathering. Power levelling jacks. Glass is good all around, no cracks. Big awning over passenger side. Lots of storage underneath. INTERIOR Interior also in excellent condition, still smells like new, and has hardly any wear and tear. Up front, is the King bedroom (on a slide out), with a big closet and lots of storage space. Next is the private bathroom with the toilet, across the hall is the corner glass shower. Cabinet is plumbed for a washer and dryer combo. In the living area and kitchen: (big slide out for dinette table and recliner, and the other is another slide for the desk/entertainment cabinet.
