The model is a 35 CKT and is 38 feet in length. I am the original owner and purchased this RV brand new back in August 2007. I have used it 10 times at the most(usually 5 days at a time) and have had it stored indoors since new. It has only traveled back and forth from Scottsdale, Arizona to San Diego, California. It is as close to new as it possibly can be and have spent at least $7,000 on additional upgrades that the next owner will be very thankful for. I searched long and hard for the nicest 5th wheel I could find with the best features and highest build quality. The original list price on this unit was around $80,000 plus the additional work I had done to it. This Presidential Suite is just what is sounds like. It is very luxurious and has all the bells and whistles you can ask for. It is a true 4 season RV and has double insulated windows, insulated storage compartment and underbelly. I have used this from temperatures from the upper 40's to 100 degrees and it maintains a very comfortable interior temperature. It has central heating through floor vents and a fireplace that also produces heat. It is equipped with 2 Carrier air conditioners with central air conditioning throughout the unit. It also has 2 magic vent fans that are reversible, 3 regular vents and a ceiling fan. Every window in this RV opens up and makes for a great cross breeze. The Master bedroom features a King size bed (upgraded to a $1500 pillow top mattress) 2 cedar lined closets, day/night shades, flat screen LCD TV with built in DVD player, Direct TV satellite receiver that is independent from the downstairs satellite receiver, (I had an automatic self tracking satellite dish installed), plenty of lighting including dimmable halogen ceiling lights and a privacy screen from the bathroom. I had a separate whirlpool washer and dryer installed by the local Holiday Rambler dealer and comes in very handy after a day at the beach with kids. The bathroom can be closed off on both sides so there is total privacy. The shower has a skylight and I upgraded to a higher flowing sure-flo water pump. It has a 10 gallon hot water heater that is both electric and propane and heats up quickly. I take long hot showers and have never run out of hot water, even if I take a shower right after my kids. The vanity sink vanity is corian and the vanity is well lit and has plenty of storage. The toilet is porcelain and has a power foot actuated flush system. It has a window that open and a roof vent with a power fan. The kitchen has all corian counter tops, the optional 4 door largest refrigerator available, convection oven, 3 gas burners, conventional oven, plenty of storage, double sinks with a pull out faucet, pull out cutting board, knife holders, under counter lighting and everything else you need to prepare a gourmet meal. the dining table seats 4 people and has a pull out leaf to extent the table. The entertainnment center has a computer work station, 32 inch LCD flatscreen TV, Direct TV satellite receiver, surround sound, DVD player, electric fireplace that can be decoration flames only or turn on the heater and it cranks out some serious heat. It has the optional leather reclining chairs, the couch folds out into a full size bed, has plenty of lighting including halogen dimming ceiling lights, reading lights and LED mood lighting on top of the cabinets in addition to the florescent lights. It has day/night blackout shades and very high ceilings, definitely the highest I have seen in any fifth wheel. Another nice option is the built in central vacuum. It has plenty of storage in the front lower compartment and is accessible from 3 sides. I replaced the 12 volt house battery with two 6 volt deep cycle batteries. It has two 40 pound LP tanks, exterior shower, power awning, power landing gear and much much more. Overall this Presidential Suite is in outstanding overall condition and there will be no surprises or problems for the next owner. Don't buy some Repo off a used car lot or one that has been lived in full time. This one is as close to new as you will find and will be a total turnkey RV for the next owner. I just replaced all 5 tires including the spare tire with heavy duty Michelin's. It has been stored indoors in sunny, rust free Arizona it's whole life. Last year I had a 4 inch cosmetic only gash on the side of the roof so I had my insurance company pay $6,000 to replace the entire 1 piece rubber roof panel with a new one.
