The condition is normal wear and tear for the age. The tire age code is 4621 and the generator has 1490 hours on it. The seller says everything works as it should. The generator door is replaced. There is sun damage and a few scratches and small dents around the outside. The missing hubcaps have also been replaced. A new water pump was replaced in April 2023. The previous owners painted the interior white to lift the overall lightness in the RV with green to some doors. All have recently been touched up to remove the minor scuffs and scratches built up over time. The previous owners also had extensive sealing done all over the RV, and consequently, there were no leaks. They also replaced the canvases on the side awning and awning above the slide. Both are in good condition. As far as the current owners know, no one has smoked in the RV, and no pets have lived in it. All the tires are relatively new with plenty of tread left on them.
