1998 Fleetwood Flair 28' Motorhome. Model is 27R. Chevrolet 454 V8 engine, on a GM Chassis with very low miles (only 40,600). Runs and looks great, and is ready to hit the road. We just got this coach on trade. This was one of the more popular models that Fleetwood sold in 1998, and everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, sleeps 6. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the drivers seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C, power mirrors, heated mirrors, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 27" TV in the living room, satellite dish, and TV Antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, chair, and a dinette booth: coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, microwave Oven, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and shower, across is the vanity. At the rear corner of the coach is the bed, with lots of overhead storage. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Ducted roof A/C unit along with a ducted gas furnace. Onan 4000 gas generator runs great, with very low hours. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Tires are in great shape (DOT 2013). So many more options, it's impossible to list them all.State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
