When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. This way I can show you the fridge and AC systems etc etc... are working like its stated with in the ad, this allows you to buy with confidence that you are purchasing exactly what was advertised. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 35 foot According to NADA. Winnebago manufactured this RV as a 2002 model year. There is a Va inspection sticker that expired late 2013, it too states 2002 model. However in March of this yr based on the GM chassis the title was changed to a 2001. With that said the paperwork given to the buyer will state 2001. Some states, SC is not one of them, will correct the title, with paperwork from the manufacturer. This coach is Winnebago Adventurer 35U RV built on a GM workhorse chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Hyd Slide outs Slide topper Converter and a very small inverter Hitch Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Awning wrapped in metal. Stove top Microwave Oven TV Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is Dual stage basement AC system, complete with Heatpump. Lp furnace backup The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. the engine AC comp cycles The Engine is GM Chevrolet Big Block 8100 496 CI motor. The motor seems to run like it should The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Marqui generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 36k. With that said since i am asking a fraction of the NADA book, please dont expect book value for any trade in offered. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 13 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 12 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. The Rv currently has 2009 Tires on it. No side wall cracking is noted. Under normal usage the tires should be good thru 2016 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Thanks to the power management system it can run the 2 stage basement AC system with just 30 amps Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. As with many Alfa and some fleetwood RVs this RV does have just a handful of pin heads with in the fiberglass. The slides on this RV are hyd. With that said both slides appear to have a slow leak. I noted the leak when i saw the prevouis owner had placed a small bowl under one of the cylinders to catch the fluid. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components. If I do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do NOT bid. . If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24 hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance. I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid. In order to receive the $100 discount, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is due within 5 days period. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only.
