The center tv is mounted on an electric platform that can be raised or lowered with the press of a button. The plush leather sofa folds out into a large bed plus there's a big leather sofa opposite to stretch out on. The kitchen area has real tile flooring...not that cheap linoleum on ordinary RVs. Corian countertops with matching cooktop covers add to the class. The large microwave oven appears to have seen very little use & we aren't sure if the gas oven has ever been used.Moving rearward you have the large side-by-side fridge that faces the washer/dryer compartment and storage across the hallway. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. Large pass-through basement storage abounds. The Spartan chassis on this coach uses the desirable SIDE RADIATOR for easy access to the engine & no worries about a rear-facing engine fan blowing road debris onto your tow unit. Large patio and window awnings help keep out the sun. This coach even has ICE COLD DASH A/C which should alone tell you how well it has been maintained since dash a/c units almost never work. Moving inside, you'll immediately appreciate the air-operated platform that extends to cover the stepwell when you're parked or in motion. The center tv is mounted on an electric platform that can be raised or lowered with the press of a button. The plush leather sofa folds out into a large bed plus there's a big leather sofa opposite to stretch out on. The kitchen area has real tile flooring...not that cheap linoleum on ordinary RVs. Corian countertops with matching cooktop covers add to the class. The large microwave oven appears to have seen very little use & we aren't sure if the gas oven has ever been used.Moving rearward you have the large side-by-side fridge that faces the washer/dryer compartment and storage across the hallway. There is also a large pantry for easy access to your canned goods and condiments. Further down is a HUGE cedar closet that is full length. The bathroom sink also features Corian counters and the toilet is a real porcelain unit. The large glass-enclosed shower has a lowered floor plus a dome skylight for even the largest/tallest of travelers. The bedroom will make the finest luxury resorts envious. A large queen (king?) bed has a plush mattress plus mirrored headboard. Storage abounds throughout including underneath the bed itself. There are more cedar closets for shorter items like shirts or folded pants. You also have a carbon monoxide detector so you can safely run the generator all night with peace of mind that you and your family are safe. We really like the mirrored headboard which adds to the spaciousness. We have a full set of books and manuals to provide some light reading at night. It was sold brand new as a 2007. The title when sold was a 2007. However, some where in the process due to the chassis, the title now reads 2006. There is approx a 6-7% depreciation in value between a 2007 and a 2006. The title and Bill of sale the will be provided will reflect a 2006 model, even though it SHOULD be a 2007. Some states will correct this. SC is not one of them.This RV is a Fleetwood PAce Arrow 37C RV. It is built on a Workhorse GM chassis. Fleetwood , makes other fine products like the Bounder , Terra , Southwind , American Tradition Eagle Dream Expedition , Providence , Excursion , and the Discovery. There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Heat pumps also, with 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is in above avg shape when compared to other 9yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 39 foot according to NADA based on the model number. This coach is a Fleetwood Discovery 39S, Fleetwood makes the Providence , Expedition , Bounder , Excursion , American Eagle , American Dream , and the American Tradition The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Hyd jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal Electric Door entry awning window awnings Stove top aluminum wheels Microwave Oven TV 2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cat C 7 330HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires front tires are less than 7 yrs old and do not need replacement at this time. The rear tires are the originals and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 brand new rear tires. For the buy it price now posted V2GRV will install 4 brand new rear tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. This outside of the coach is probably in above avg.condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 39 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Fleetwood Providence 39L RV. This is the top of the line under the Fleetwood name. This RV is similar to but higher than the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition , Excursion . The only thing higher than the Providence made by Fleetwood is the American Coach line, consisting of the American Tradition Eagle Heritage and the Revolution The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k lbs capacity Generator Electric Entry Steps Aluminum wheels over head ACs complete with Heatpumps Main Electric Awning Door entry electric awning window awnings slide topper awnings full body paint washer dryer Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TVs Electric power cord reel Backup Camera complete with side view camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted Air Over head heatpumps with LP furnace backup heat The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air The Engine is a Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor made the trip just fine, no oil consumption was noted The Allison 6 speed automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 114k. When it comes to trade ins. I can sell my RV $30000 behind book because i bought it for less than book. With that said please understand i cant sell my RV 30k behind book and allow someone book on their RV This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 7 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 1 small child Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, however they are less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. 4 tires are 2013 Firestone tires. 2 tires do have some small cracks and are 2008 tires. The price posted includes 2 new Firestone tires The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
