1998 Fleetwood Avion 375V, A beautiful 2 owner Avion fifth wheel model 37-5V in excellent condition. Was ordered with most available options in 1998 including generator, retail was $78,000. If you are looking for a quality fifth wheel with lots of room and storage this one is definitely worth looking at. Some of the features include: stacked washer and dryer, solar panel ready, generator, walnut interior, Corian counter tops,leather sofa with hide a bed, leather recliners, day night shades,glass shower enclosure, 10 gallon hot water heater gas or electric, In 2009 the following improvements were made: the carpets and lino flooring replaced, sink fixtures replaced,door hardware/deadbolt replaced,furnace motor, all slide toppers, and new batteries. This year the bedroom slide motor replace, one landing gear motor replaced. The sale includes the original owners manual, maintenance records, and a 15,000 lbs. draw tite fifth wheel hitch.
