This is a very built coach, with many great features. This Bounder has the Ford TRITON V10 Fuel Injected engine with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty F-530 chassis makes for an outstanding package!!!! This coach seems to have been well maintained, but it does have a few minor flaws, as to be expected for the age. Ground Fault Interrupter Escape window Appliance Tie Downs SLEEPING FEATURES: Couch-46"X70" Bed,Queen-60"X80" Dinette-Booth AMP-30 As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2001 Fleetwood Bounder 36 with huge slide out room. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 75-85% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they are older. The unit was just driven approx 700 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good/average shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no large areas of de-lam, like you will typically find on most this age. The stripes are original and in good shape overall. Some slight fade and peeling, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Rare to find one with duel panel windows not to be moisture fogged. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major flaws. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is not a new coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good/average shape. Everything inside shows only normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The original carpet is in decent shape throughout. It has some sun fade in spots and a few stains, but nothing excessive. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Washer/Dryer combo. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in god shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has a late model Onan gold 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC has not been properly tested, but blows air. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS.
