The RV's exterior is very well maintained, and the full-body paint is still in really good condition, as the RV is always covered when not in use. There are a few minor chips and scratches in various places on the RV, but all should be considered normal wear and tear. The overall condition of the unit is fair. The rear panel on the left side shows signs of being repaired. The right side slide topper is beginning to fray. The water filtration strainer is cracked and leaking. it needs replacing. There are blemishes to the fit & finish of the unit, some of which visible in the pictures.
