This 2013 Bounder is in good condition but has a few cosmetic blemishes. The vinyl in front of the recliner has a small tear. The coach is beautiful with only minor clear-coat issues on the front. The owners have maintained the unit extremely well, fixing or replacing anything that needed it. Everything is reported to be in good working order, but the coach does need new tires. There is also some minor surface rust on the slide extension bars. The RV's exterior is very well maintained, and the full-body paint is still in really good condition, as the RV is always covered when not in use. There are a few minor chips and scratches in various places on the RV, but all should be considered normal wear and tear. The tires, which have date codes from 2021, still have plenty of tread and show no signs of damage or premature wear. The interiors are in great condition with no signs of water intrusion.
