We have a Bounder 34J 34' motorhome for sale. RV is in great shape and everything works on the motorhome. It has the Ford 460 Gas motor and gets about 5-8 MPG. This motorhome has a queen size bed and two more beds sleeping 6 people. We have most the service records in a large binder as this was a one owner motorhome. It is equipped with a 5.9 Liter 12 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel Engine (P Pump) and an AT-500 Allison Automatic Transmission. I purchased this RV from a good friend whose grandparents purchased it new at Pharr RVs here in Lubbock, Texas. It has ALWAYS been stored indoors and has been meticulously maintained and serviced. The exterior of the coach is very nice and shows very well, all the stripes and decals are in great shape, and the original paint is still shiny and glossy... There is no delamination on this RV. The interior of the RV is near flawless and has never been smoked in or had any pets inside. Everything is in proper working order including the dash A/C, both the front and rear roof mount A/Cs, and the Onan 6500 Propane Generator that has only 490 hours. All 6 tires are new with less than 500 miles on them and were installed April 2014 with receipt ($1,650). There are no leaks of any kind either inside or outside the coach. The drivetrain is completely dry underneath and still looks new. The fluids are all amazingly clean and fresh including the transmission fluid and diesel engine oil. This Bounder runs and drives as good as it looks. It cruises down the highway smoothly and with ease. No rattles, shimmys, shakes, pulls, or strange noises. You really must see it and drive it to truly appreciate it. I have all the books, manuals, and paperwork that came with the coach when it sold new. Original sales invoice was $85,000. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs.The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 37'6" foot According to NADA.This RV was built by Fleetwood in Jan 2007. It was sold brand new as a 2007. The title when sold was a 2007. However, some where in the process due to the chassis, the title now reads 2006. There is approx a 6-7% depreciation in value between a 2007 and a 2006. The title and Bill of sale the will be provided will reflect a 2006 model, even though it SHOULD be a 2007. Some states will correct this. SC is not one of them.This RV is a Fleetwood PAce Arrow 37C RV. It is built on a Workhorse GM chassis. Fleetwood , makes other fine products like the Bounder , Terra , Southwind , American Tradition Eagle Dream Expedition , Providence , Excursion , and the Discovery. There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Heat pumps also, with 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. . We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are the originals and therefore should be replaced. There is sidewall cracking. The posted buy it now price does include 6 brand new 255 70 22.5 tires.The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is..
