1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 34W, For sale is a 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision with 47k miles. This was the top of the line Fleetwood RV in 1998 and is still one of their best sellers. This one is fully loaded with everything you need to travel across the country or just up to El Dorado Lake for a long weekend. At $16,000 it is a steal. The motorhome interior is in very good condition. It includes two tv's, full leather cockpit chairs and a leather recliner with flip up work desk, new dash stereo with USB and mini jack plug wired for house sound, fold down couch that can sleep two, carpet, floor mats and plastic protection runners, satellite and air antennas for the tv's (not currently hooked up though). This model has the full kitchen with microwave, three burner propane stove, oven, two bowl sink with counter inserts, dinette with captain chairs, side by side refrigerator/freezer that can run on AC or propane, full pull out pantry and plenty of storage so you can take a fully equipped kitchen on the road. The full bath has a shower, toilet, sink, medi cabinet all in perfect working order. The hot water heater heats fast and works on propane and has the optional water pump if you don't has access to hook ups. The bedroom has its own tv and stereo system with a walk around queen size bed with two night stands, reading lamps and closet storage. The exterior of the RV is in good condition for the age of the RV. No roof or window leaks, some peeling of decals and dents and dings. Plenty of "basement" storage, with an Onan generator with 260 hours, main 12V battery system with back up. All plumbing and electrical works with the exception of the outdoor stereo, power step light (likely a bulb), two 12V interior lights (likely bulbs). Most importantly the toilet seal is new and completely prevents and black water smells with entering the interior of the home. Two A/C units that can both run off the generator. Ducted heat, outdoor shower, outdoor entertainment center with pull out table, pull out awning and a ton of other features that you will not find for this price. The chassis is the Ford version with plenty of power to tow a car or trailer and has been serviced as needed. The tires still have good tread and there is a full size spare. The Leveling Jacks work great! This is a great motorhome for anyone. It runs great, has plenty of living space and storage and perfect for any level of RV interest. $16,000.00
