The 924 hours on the generator reflect the good times this coach has had. The coach is the perfect opportunity for the DIY'er looking to restore and make this coach their own or restore it to its original glory; the choice is yours. The exterior latch on the water heater is wired shut. The door on the generator compartment is held shut with a Bunge cord. The patio awning has a zip tie around it. The seller states that he has not used the swing, and it was not extended during the time the photos were taken. They don't know what happened or how long it's been like that. The owner states the water pump has been inoperable for some time, which led to the water heater not being used for some time. The interior is vintage 2002 and has character and displays that fun and adventures have been had. The 27" Panasonic in the front overhead is missing, as shown in the photos. The Norcold refrigerator is present in the Coach and was not operated on the day the pictures were taken. 2003 Fleetwood Pace Arrow motorhome. 35 foot length with 2 slide outs (16ft in coach and 8ft in bedroom) both automatic electric slides. Both slide out have automatic retractable awnings. 5500 watt Onan generator with approx. 250 hours on it just had complete tune up and overhaul. Queen size bed with memory foam in bedroom and couch has inflatable Queen size bed couch and bed only 2 years old. Both Captains chairs, couch, recliner all leather only 2 years old. Dining table also brand new. There is a 42 inch flat screen, and two 27 inch flat screen tvs. Has Winegard self searching motorized mobile satellite system. Blue Ox towing system. Side by side Dometic gas and electric refrigerator. Microwave with convection and oven combo. Gas and electric hot water heater. Two burner gas cooktop. Gas furnace with central heating ducts and 2 roof air conditioners with central duct ventilation throughout cabin. it has a 25 gallon propane tank. Fully self contained tanks for fresh water gray water and black water. Ford V10 gasoline engine starts like a finger snap and runs perfectly. I also have an Add-a-Room that attaches to the big awning assembly and its brand new still in the box never once installed valued at $1250. I have window covers for all major windows and tire covers. The tires are 1 year old barely driven on at all and they are the heaviest load tires you can buy for the wheels. There are three multi speed roof vent fans with rain covers on roof top. Also has solar panel for charging on the roof. Also roof has been sealed every year and has never leaked a drop of water. Glass enclosed shower with small tub and a separate bathroom for the toilet. Carpet is only a few years old was replaced in 2012. The cabinetry is the upgraded option with all faucets and sinks are very nice quality. Has carbon monoxide alarm smoke alarms and state of the art monitoring systems. Rear facing camera system with monitor in dash. Dish Network satellite box, cd player, dvd player, stereo with speakers throughout cabin. Tilt wheel steering and ice cold dash air conditioning. Dash cover has been in place since day one. Electric captain seats and all lights are led inside and out. Has 31,000 miles and runs perfect and transmission shifts perfect also. Drives like a champ lots of power.

An Allison 1000 Series 5 Speed Automatic Transmission with 66,500 miles. The engine, transmission and drive train are designed for 300,000 miles. This RV is a 2003 Pace Arrow 35G on a Ford V-10 chassis. It comes with the remainder of an XTRA-ride extended warranty good until mid 2017. It has custom paint and lots of improvements inside including a new washer dryer combo. New Bluetooth capable radio with hands free calling, remote and 10” Sub for better sound. It has a DIRECTV auto seek satellite dome and receiver. Both TVs were upgraded to LCD flat screen. Very clean, non-smoking and no pets. New tires with less than 4k miles on them. Tow car ready with all wiring already installed. I have made arrangements with a local credit union to do the title transfer to the new purchaser and handle the paperwork. It passed California smog earlier this year. I can have it retested if you live in a smog required test area. We are only selling this because we recently upgraded to a diesel to accommodate our growing family. I have more photos. Please contact me if you would like more.
