The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs.The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 37'6" foot According to NADA.This RV was built by Fleetwood in Jan 2007. It was sold brand new as a 2007. The title when sold was a 2007. However, some where in the process due to the chassis, the title now reads 2006. There is approx a 6-7% depreciation in value between a 2007 and a 2006. The title and Bill of sale the will be provided will reflect a 2006 model, even though it SHOULD be a 2007. Some states will correct this. SC is not one of them.This RV is a Fleetwood PAce Arrow 37C RV. It is built on a Workhorse GM chassis. Fleetwood , makes other fine products like the Bounder , Terra , Southwind , American Tradition Eagle Dream Expedition , Providence , Excursion , and the Discovery. There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Heat pumps also, with 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. . We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are the originals and therefore should be replaced. There is sidewall cracking. The posted buy it now price does include 6 brand new 255 70 22.5 tires.The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is..

This unit is built on the strong Workhorse chassis and is powered by the powerful Vortec 8.1L motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The Vortec 8.1 L motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The Allison automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. Needs sofa and gen. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards. In summary, look at the posted book values (no options at all included) and you will see we have this unit priced to sell. Only one person can take us up on our offer... hopefully it can be you! Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin's are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach's chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Call us 210 520 9500 This is a well built Pace Arrow. This company has been building quality units for years and the coachs are built to last. This unit is built on the strong Workhorse chassis and is powered by the powerful 8.1L Vortec motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The 8.1L Vortec motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic Allison overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards.
