When you arrive at our dealership we will walk you thru the inspection of your coach. During that inspection we will demonstrate the systems of your coach. All pre-owned units are sold "as-is" with no guarantees written or implied unless stated otherwise. We do offer a PDI and make sure all major appliance are in working order. We also go through the propane and water systems. If we find something wrong on that inspection we fix or replace it. The pdi is a $395 Charge and is not mandatory. An extended warranty is available for purchase for rvs 1995 and newer and is good anywhere in the United States and Canada. All of our units for sale are available to view prior to bidding at our dealership. We do not guarantee cruise control, tvs,vcs,dvd players,or, cd changers. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or e-mail. Please ask if you see something in writing and not pictured as there may have been an error. We are human and try to describe the unit to the best of our ability and judgment based on all the rvs we have sold over the years. Sometimes things are missed so please ask if you have any concerns. We do not always have owners manuals, remotes, or brochures. Brochures and manuals can usually be obtained off of the manufacturers website. A $2000 non-refundable deposit by way of credit card, cash in person, cashier check, Bank Wire transfer, or Pay Pal is due within 24 hours of the end auction. The balance is due within 5 days following the auction end or upon taking delivery, whichever comes first. For the balance we accept cash in person, cashier checks, credit card (please ask for details on this type of payment) or bank wire transfer. All documents must be signed and returned before we can release the unit. Please set up an appointment for all walk thru or pickups. We sell about 30 units a month and all delivery's or pickups are scheduled. FOR SALES OUT OF OUR CALIFORNIA STORE: Winning bidder that takes delivery in California must pay sales tax, license, smog (on motorized), and $80 doc fee. If taking delivery outside of California for use outside of California there is no sales tax charged and $80 doc fee and $30 Temp permit applies. Customer must pay out of state delivery charge for transport company on all out of state deliveries. Charge will depend on miles for delivery or customer can provide their own transport company as long as a bill of landing is provided and is not the person purchasing the unit. Easy Out of state deliveries for Quartzsite, AZ are done out of Blythe, CA and a $225 fee including notary applies. Our units are available locally and we reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.Preowned rvs are not the same as new rvs. You are bidding on a preowned rv. Preowned rvs are not perfect. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description. We suggest pickup by the customer for walkthru of the unit to show the systems working after pdi has been performed. We assume no responsibilty for damages done after leaving our premises. All pre-delivery inspections will be performed prior to customers appointment. Shipping We have a couple transport companies that will deliver anywhere in the United States and Canada. The going rate is 1.50 a mile and may change depending on the company used. The company's we use do a lot of deliveries for us and are transport companies not somebody doing it on the side. This RV was bought from a fellow RV dealer out of Fl. With that said it is most likely a trade in or was just sold out right to the RV dealer. I bought it at a dealer only auction 600 miles from my location. The RV dealer drove it approx 150 miles to the auction. So in the last week it safely made a 750 miles trip GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to slightly below avg condition when compared to other 8yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is this RV like many other RVs does have some delam or delamanation. The delam is mainly located between the slides on both sides The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fleetwood American Coach Revolution RV built on a Spartan Chassis. American Coach makes other fine RVs , like the American Eagle , Tradition , Dream , and the Heritage. Fleetwood the parent company makes RVs like the Discovery , Bounder , Expedition, Providence and the Excursion The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter/ inverter rear Hitch 17k lbs capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Electric Entry Steps Patio Electric Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven Aluminum wheels 2 brand new tires already installed, buy it now price posted includes 4 rear tires Side mount radiator TV s Fiberglass roof Backup Camera This RV was just drove approx 750 miles with no trouble. There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Ducted airs Heatpumps as well There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. Please keep in mind i have disclosed some delam aka delamanation on this RV This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa 2 more on the other jack knife sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are beyond 7 yrs old and should be replaced. Min sidewall cracking is noted. The front tires are brand new. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. The customer will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their own state. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles.
