2016 FLEETWOOD Flair 26D, This short-term rental unit went into the Norm's RV rental fleet in June and was only rented for a few months. It is covered by the balance of the Ford and Fleetwood warranties, which transfer to the new owner. It has had just enough use to work out the bugs inherent in a new RV and to take the initial depreciation hit. The floorplan features a front living/kitchen area with a booth dinette that converts to a bed and a free-floating recliner. For additional sleeping, when needed, there is an electric drop-down queen bed over the driver's area. The all-in-one bath offers a glass shower enclosure. In the rear is an island queen bed for a restful sleep. Outside, you will find plenty of storage including a large rear pass-through compartment with three-side access. All this in an RV that is less than 28' tip-to-tip. This unit has lots of nice features including full-body exterior paint to keep the RV looking good for many years down the road, color backup camera with side cameras, electric patio awning, three LCD TVs (livingroom, bedroom, outside), outside stereo, hydraulic leveling jacks, electric patio awning, Onan 4.0 generator, dual pane windows, and satellite radio (service not included).
