Now about this item... GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 16 year old motorhome. This is coach approx 35'. This coach is a Fleetwood Southwind. This coach is NOT nice as compared to a new unit. It is decent when compared to a new motorhome. To be 16 years old this coach is pretty nice. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. The check engine lite is on and the engine runs a little rough at idle and runs good down the road. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. An generator is in good working condition please consider that it is 16+ years old. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. The following items have been checked and found to be in proper operating condition at this time unless stated otherwise: Running Lights Tires Date Code rear tires are 04 and the front are 2013. Dash AC - Blows Cool Generator Fluids Chassis & Generator Overhead AC(s) Refrigerator Furnace(s) Only one works Water System Drained and blown out for winter. Awning Main No Good Other Notes: Light above chair and couch not working. The jack panel will not turn on. The step motor needs the linkage as per the previous owner. If We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling on a no reserve, our profit will be very low, so we are NOT planning to check or go over everything. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs.The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 37'6" foot According to NADA.This RV was built by Fleetwood in Jan 2007. It was sold brand new as a 2007. The title when sold was a 2007. However, some where in the process due to the chassis, the title now reads 2006. There is approx a 6-7% depreciation in value between a 2007 and a 2006. The title and Bill of sale the will be provided will reflect a 2006 model, even though it SHOULD be a 2007. Some states will correct this. SC is not one of them.This RV is a Fleetwood PAce Arrow 37C RV. It is built on a Workhorse GM chassis. Fleetwood , makes other fine products like the Bounder , Terra , Southwind , American Tradition Eagle Dream Expedition , Providence , Excursion , and the Discovery. There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Heat pumps also, with 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. . We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires are the originals and therefore should be replaced. There is sidewall cracking. The posted buy it now price does include 6 brand new 255 70 22.5 tires.The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'.
