Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is in above avg shape when compared to other 9yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 39 foot according to NADA based on the model number. This coach is a Fleetwood Discovery 39S, Fleetwood makes the Providence , Expedition , Bounder , Excursion , American Eagle , American Dream , and the American Tradition The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Hyd jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity air ride air brakes engine brake Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal Electric Door entry awning window awnings Stove top aluminum wheels Microwave Oven TV 2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air while going down the road. The Engine is a Cat C 7 330HP in line 6 cylinder turbo charged diesel motor. The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires front tires are less than 7 yrs old and do not need replacement at this time. The rear tires are the originals and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 brand new rear tires. For the buy it price now posted V2GRV will install 4 brand new rear tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. When it reaches 6000 miles on the odometer, a replacement will be ordered. When the replacement arrives, this unit will be removed from rental service and offered for sale. It is available for rental now (the ultimate test drive) and can be reserved for furtuer purchase. All factory warranties are transferrable and the registration has been paid through June 2016.
