1995 Fleetwood Southwind 32, FOR SALE: VERY CLEAN 32-foot, 1995 (Fleetwood) Southwind Storm RV; no need to purchase anything for the inside; the cooking, cleaning and RV-specific items come with it including: a vacuum, coffee maker, toaster, TV, cookware, dishes, eating utensils, fan, water hoses, jacks, coat hangers, three drinking water hoses, 50' cable (for TV), sun screens for front windows, wheel blocks, etc. Air conditioner and heater work great, as do the microwave, TV, stove/oven, refrigerator (gas/elec.), shower, toilet and sinks (roomy shower and bathroom), and lots of storage inside and out. Cheaper than rent; Can also be used for tailgating; as a temporary home for a grown child; an in-law suite, or guest suite (has kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom, and bedroom - walk around Queen Bed). Able to live in year-round when hooked to 30 Amp electric source, water (normal size hose - included) and sewer. Heat uses LPG and has 24 Gallon tank, but can attach a larger outside tank, if not mobile. Has a Chevy drive train with a 454 engine with 45,500 miles. Tires are less than four years old and only a few thousand miles on them. A Couple things that need work: 1) Awning needs to be fixed/replaced - a wind storm ripped it off so I have it tied on with zip ties. 2) Generator is 4KW, but will not stay running (may be something simple?). 3) The electronic "Park" has been disconnected due to a short in the system. The driving and emergency brakes work great. The camper did have a couple small roof leaks, but they've been patched and no longer leaks. Overall this is an EXCELLENT DEAL and is priced for quick sale. I lived in it while at Fort Leonard Wood, MO - while at training (JUN-DEC 2012). I'm in the military and am currently overseas so I must sell it. You can check the NADA value on it. I'd say our RV falls between Average and Low Retail because it's great inside, has low mileage, etc., but has the issues I mentioned above (awning, generator, electronic "park", and the prior leak) ********************************************************* Here's a link to NADA - :// /RVs/1995/Southwind/M-H-Chevrolet/3028993/Values). This is way underpriced, but it won't get better by sitting and waiting a few more years for me to return to the states. List Price - $60,025 Low Retail - $8,550 Average Retail - $10,300 I'm asking only $7,900 for it to go to a good home. $7,900.00
