Selling my 2004 class C motorhome. This rig is in great condition. It is totally and completely 100% turnkey. It doesn't need anything. All the service is current, no leaks, no damage, no problems. This is kind of a hard-to-find floorplan with a FULL kitchen (with oven, stove, 4 outlets and double sink) and a FULL bathroom (with full size glass shower and full size vanity). This is also the ONLY model in its size with a 10' slide-out. Like everything else, the slide works perfectly and is leak free. DETAILS: Ford Econoline E450 Chassis. Triton V10 engine. 65,000 miles. 55 gallon gas tank (gasoline). 24' Length. 10' Super Slide-out. Full kitchen w/ Oven, Stove, Sink and NORCOLD Fridge. Full bath with vanity, toilet and glass-door shower. 7' Sofa converts to queen bed. King size overhead sleeper. Table for 4 that converts to full size bed. New Carpet throughout. Onan 4000 microquiet generator, recently serviced and runs perfectl.. Central Air and Heat throughout. 5 of the 6 Tires are nearly new with ~ 8000 miles on them. Drivetrain and Reliability This camper runs and drives like an absolute clock. When I bought it, I immediately had it fully serviced including crankcase, transmission, rear end, chassis, brakes, radiator and cooling system, electrical, batteries, safety systems and suspension. I took it on a 5000 mile round-trip vacation and it was a complete pleasure the whole time. It runs cool, has plenty of power and cause not even one problem the entire time. The roof, floor, and structure are all in excellent condition with a clean carfax and purely routine maintenance history. Average retail on this camper via the NADA guide is $33,000. Dealer wholesale is $29,000. You won't find another camper this size in this condition with these options and this service history anywhere close to this price. The 2005 Tioga SL model 31W is a step up from your average class C motorhome both in style and comfort. An aerodynamic fiberglass front shell gives it a sleek appearance while allowing the 305+ horsepower Triton V10 engine to get even better fuel economy! There are a variety of other upgrades including a large polyethylene storage compartment under the slide that comes out with the slide for easy access. The cabover bunk is also upgraded with a large storage bin that's perfect for books, CDs, etc. plus we've upgraded this coach with TWO BRAND NEW LCD TELEVISIONS. That's a huge 32" unit up front that's mounted on a swivel so you can rotate and turn it to the perfect viewing angle plus there's a big 24"er in the rear bedroom for easy viewing.
