NOW, for our buy it now auctions we will do our best to assist you with what we can. Now about this item... This coach is approx 32. This coach is a Coachmen Freedom Express Racing Edition. The model is a 2009 and the title is a 2008 based off of the Ford chassis.. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There is a roof AC unit works. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The Ford V10 Fuel Injected GASoline engine runs as it should, no problems. The 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. The trim along the slides, at the floor level is messed up a little, it is hard to tell in the pix. The floor is solid, no worries. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please call us, if you need to know something, 866 381 4279. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 6 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 16 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $1500. For the buy it now price of $1500 we will include new tires. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $54860 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. Most of the RV community has seen the Truck campers built by Host, but few have seen the Class C RVs that they build. In all, about 250 of these units have been produced throughout the years and they are still offered today, however the $250,000 price tag will discourage most buyers. Ok, so what makes these rigs so unique??? This is one of the few RVs built on a Crew Cab 4x4 Chassis. The only other RV I have seen in person or owned that was a 4x4 crew cab was Earthroamer. While the Earthroamers are super cool and have a ton of one off options, there is a hefty price tag along with a very small interior. And this is the ONLY 4x4 Rv offered with Slide-Outs......and this has 4 of them!!! Ok, so who goes RVing and needs 4x4. This is something not seen too often but opens up a range of RVing not utilized by many. For those that are North of the Border, RVing year round is not a possibility because of the lack of 4 wheel drive and insufficient insulation. This Host Class C Camper is a 4 season unit with small heaters in each basement storage compartment and several interior heaters and toe-kick heaters. How great would it be to go skiing and drive this RV right up to the slopes and be able to spend all weekend? Or drag the sleds up and enjoy fresh powder in a remote area! Sometimes 4x4 will help you get out of the drive in Michigan to head to Florida. All windows are double paned insulated glass and all walls are thick with tons of R-value, so the coldest of cold or the hottest of hot won't bother you while camping. Next, lets talk about the floor plan. Anyone that has ever slept on a pull out couch does not like the idea of RVing if you are not sleeping in the master suite. This is one of the ONLY RVs I have ever been around that has 2 queen beds, not made up couches or dinettes, and not an air mattress on the floor. Over the cab of the truck is a full size queen bed that you can lift up to make it easier to enter the cab itself. Gone are the days of having to reassemble your RV to accommodate another couple. The dinette will convert into a bed should you need more sleeping area and there is a ton of storage under the cushions. It is equipped with a well appointed galley that has separate fridge/freezer and large capacity convection oven. Going further back is an enclosed head across from the large neo-angle shower. The passenger rear slide houses the large closet and entertainment center and the drivers side rear slide has a full size queen bed that has ample storage under it. This is definitely one of the few Class C RVs that can truly accommodate 2 couples. This RV sits on a 2008 Ford F-550 Crew Cab 4x4 Chassis. It is equipped a 350HP Powerstroke Turbo Diesel Engine mated to the rock solid Torque-Shift Automatic Transmission. The truck has just under 11,000 miles and is like new. This is the upgraded Lariat Package which has heated leather bucket seats, steering wheel controls, climate control, and many other creature comforts. A fully automatic hydraulic leveling system has been installed and it has an auxiliary navigation system (w/ backup camera) and a flip down DVD player w/ wireless headphones. The cab has NEVER been smoked in and has NO issues whatsoever. Although this unit is a 2008, it was not put into service until 2010. The state of the economy in 2008 and 2009 was tough on the RV industry, so this unit sat on a dealers lot for 2 years before it was sold. A gentleman located about a 100 miles north of me purchased the unit from a dealership in Twin Falls, Idaho. He used the RV on occasion with his wife and 2 young daughters, but like many RV owners, their hectic schedule conflicted with RVing. Most of the RV community has seen the Truck campers built by Host, but few have seen the Class C RVs that they build. In all, about 250 of these units have been produced throughout the years and they are still offered today, however the $250,000 price tag will discourage most buyers. Ok, so what makes these rigs so unique??? This is one of the few RVs built on a Crew Cab 4x4 Chassis. The only other RV I have seen in person or owned that was a 4x4 crew cab was Earthroamer. While the Earthroamers are super cool and have a ton of one off options, there is a hefty price tag along with a very small interior. And this is the ONLY 4x4 Rv offered with Slide-Outs......and this has 4 of them!!! Ok, so who goes RVing and needs 4x4. This is something not seen too often but opens up a range of RVing not utilized by many. For those that are North of the Border, RVing year round is not a possibility because of the lack of 4 wheel drive and insufficient insulation. This Host Class C Camper is a 4 season unit with small heaters in each basement storage compartment and several interior heaters and toe-kick heaters. How great would it be to go skiing and drive this RV right up to the slopes and be able to spend all weekend? Or drag the sleds up and enjoy fresh powder in a remote area! Sometimes 4x4 will help you get out of the drive in Michigan to head to Florida. All windows are double paned insulated glass and all walls are thick with tons of R-value, so the coldest of cold or the hottest of hot won't bother you while camping. Next, lets talk about the floor plan. Anyone that has ever slept on a pull out couch does not like the idea of RVing if you are not sleeping in the master suite. This is one of the ONLY RVs I have ever been around that has 2 queen beds, not made up couches or dinettes, and not an air mattress on the floor. Over the cab of the truck is a full size queen bed that you can lift up to make it easier to enter the cab itself. Gone are the days of having to reassemble your RV to accommodate another couple. The dinette will convert into a bed should you need more sleeping area and there is a ton of storage under the cushions. It is equipped with a well appointed galley that has separate fridge/freezer and large capacity convection oven. Going further back is an enclosed head across from the large neo-angle shower. The passenger rear slide houses the large closet and entertainment center and the drivers side rear slide has a full size queen bed that has ample storage under it. This is definitely one of the few Class C RVs that can truly accommodate 2 couples. This RV sits on a 2008 Ford F-550 Crew Cab 4x4 Chassis. It is equipped a 350HP Powerstroke Turbo Diesel Engine mated to the rock solid Torque-Shift Automatic Transmission. The truck has just under 11,000 miles and is like new. This is the upgraded Lariat Package which has heated leather bucket seats, steering wheel controls, climate control, and many other creature comforts. A fully automatic hydraulic leveling system has been installed and it has an auxiliary navigation system (w/ backup camera) and a flip down DVD player w/ wireless headphones. The cab has NEVER been smoked in and has NO issues whatsoever. Although this unit is a 2008, it was not put into service until 2010. The state of the economy in 2008 and 2009 was tough on the RV industry, so this unit sat on a dealers lot for 2 years before it was sold. A gentleman located about a 100 miles north of me purchased the unit from a dealership in Twin Falls, Idaho. He used the RV on occasion with his wife and 2 young daughters, but like many RV owners, their hectic schedule conflicted with RVing. When I heard this very rare was available, I jumped at the opportunity. I am happy to report this unit has NEVER been smoked in and has NO water damage. Our area is very dry so we don't get mildew or mold and our RVs don't de-laminate. The unit was stored outdoors on occasional so you can see some light wearing but all graphics are in good condition and the roof is in good condition as well. Everything functions as it should and there are NO funky smells. The Onan 5500 watt Generator has just 70 hours on it and there is a 1800 watt power inverter that will power the TVs and small appliances.
