2008 Forest River 316bht , Very good condition 2008 Forest River Sandpiper 316BHT. 37' unit has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 full bath with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity in master suite, and one 1/2 bathroom in rear bedroom with toilet and vanity. Master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, plenty of storage, flat screen TV. Kitchen/living area has dining area that folds down to bed, couch is a sleeper bed. This room also has a flat screen TV with surround sound, lots of storage, large refrigerator/freezer unit with raised oak panels to match cabinetry, range, oven, microwave/vent combo. Back bedroom has bunk bed configuration with pull-out mattress under lower bunk. The back bedroom would accommodate at least 3-6 children. Lots of storage in the back area as well. Camper is equipped with one 15K A/C unit, but has the electric hook-up for another unit to be installed in the master bedroom should you feel it necessary. Camper is a 50-amp hook-up. Unit is in very good shape, I've traveled with it very little. Tires have excellent tread wear. Honda EU 3000is low-decibel generator is negotiable with deal (I paid $2K for it new). I used this generator to power the entire camper quite easily. Asking price is $19,900.
