This one's not an auction. We've got our best price, right here in the ad. This is a SEVEN-day listing, unlike our usual ten day listings. Why? It saves me a few bucks to list it for 7 days, and since we're not making anything on it at this price...we're saving every penny we can! And no - offering to buy it outside of eBay won't save you a cent. I pay my fees when an item is LISTED, not when it's SOLD - since you're reading this, it means I've paid my fees already, so you might as well just click that button and buy it! For all you "rock bottom" shoppers out there...THIS is your unit! No bidding, no haggling, the price shown here is as low as it's going to get. All of this doesn't mean it's a "bad" unit...it's just housecleaning time on our fully-packed lot. This camper has been here for a while, for one reason or another (color, age, weight, layout, whatever), and with all the fresh trade-ins we're getting it's time for us to make some space. That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. This Rockwood is nice, light, roomy, and in good shape. The only real defects we found were cosmetic, and there is only one small spot that shows signs of water leaks - read below to find out all the details, but I think you're going to be impressed by this camper! Roomy and clean - that's this interior. It has a nice big front living area, slideout for the convertible dinette, entertainment center with good sightlines to the sofa and the dinette, a nice galley kitchen, a BIG side-aisle bathroom, and a private rear bedroom with its own entry door. There's lots of storage areas, cabinets, wardrobes, and closet space for all your stuff; the appliances are in good working order; I didn't see any rips tears or stains inside - it all looks really nice. There are no odors either - they kept this one clean, and it shows. The only spot we found any signs of water leaking is between the slideout and the front sofa - a small area, right up against the wall, not in a traffic area and if I hadn't told you about it...you probably wouldn't have found it on your own. It's that minor. Our guess is the slideout seals need some maintenance - normal for a camper, people don't do their maintenance and things start to leak, but this one isn't bad at all and you can easily keep it from getting any worse by just bringing it up to date on maintenance. It's definitely worth the time and effort! The outside of this Rockwood also looks good - I didn't see any signs of body damage, and just like the interior, it's nice and clean. The only real cosmetic issues outside are some peeling decals - some of them are peeling and curling (not surprising since they're nearly a dozen years old), and the awning has a couple spots where the outer layer is peeling a bit - but the industry has tape that will hold that all back together so you can get a few more seasons out of the awning. The cloth center layer looks good, it just has some "sunburn" is all. But other than that, this is a NICE camper! The tires look good, the front fiberglass cap will protect it for years and years, there's even a slide topper awning to keep sticks and debris off your slideout roof. As always, I recommend the new owners plan a Saturday to bring the seals and seams up to date with fresh caulk, and make sure to moisturize those slideout gaskets, but once you have the maintenance up to date (and KEEP it up to date!) you're going to get years and years of happy travels out of this camper. It's roomy, it's light, it's clean, and it's ready to hit the campgrounds with you - and with those electrically-heated holding tanks? There's NO reason to end your season yet - keep camping!! Why do we sell on eBay? Exposure, plain and simple. We want as many people as possible to see our items, so we can sell more of them. What do we sell on eBay?
