2013 Dutchmen Denali 26RL, 2013 Denali 266RL 34' travel trailer. Rear Lounge Floor Plan is very spacious and allows access to the bathroom from the master and the living room! It is 31' of living space with two slides plus 3' tongue for 34' total. RV is in extremely good condition. It has been stored in an enclosed storage unit out of the weather. Smoke-free owners. Super clean interior and exterior. Roof has been cleaned and conditioned 3 times and is in excellent condition. Beautiful fiberglass body has been washed and waxed regularly. There are no cracks in the fiberglass and everything works as it should. Wheel bearings have been greased regularly. The gray and black water tanks have been thoroughly flushed after every use and unlike most RV's, the gray and black water fill gauges work perfectly! (i.e. they read empty when empty and they accurately gauge the tanks as they fill.) Please examine the photos carefully and you'll see that this is truly an incredibly well cared for RV. It has lots of upgrades that set it apart from just about any other travel trailer in it's size and price range! We are selling it because we are not campers. 2007 Four Winds International Dutchmen Express, 24ft, Class C motorhome. It’s on a Ford chassis with Triton V10 Engine and it has travelled under 26,000 miles. The vehicle has cruise control, power windows and door locks , am/fm/cd player. It has a 4000 Onan generator which has done 250 hours. The coach has a double bed over the cab, a queen bed at the rear plus a dinette booth which seats four and converts into a bed. There is a swivel chair across from dinette. The coach also has a TV, full kitchen which includes a 3 burner stove top with oven , a microwave, an exhaust hood with light, double stainless steel sink and slimline fridge freezer. There are privacy shades on all windows and lots of storage. A bathroom at the rear includes a shower with concertina door, skylight and foot flush toilet. There is also a bathroom sink with mirrored vanity and cupboard below. Outside there is a 15 ft awning, tinted windows, exterior ladder and spare tyre (new). Excellent tyres all round and it has just had the oil and filters changed. It is completely self contained with a 37 gallon fresh water tank, 22 gallon black water tank and 16 gallon grey water tank. Also a gas/electric furnace, 6 gallon hot water cylinder, air conditioning, auxiliary battery (heavy duty), battery charger, converter, LP detector, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. There is a screen door and all opening windows and vents have screens. It is a non smoking and pet free unit.
