This RV is clean and shows normal wear compared to its model year/age. The interior has been repainted and the vinyl flooring has been replaced. The roof was replaced in November 2023 - New FlexArmor roof with transferable lifetime warranty. There is some cosmetic damage to the entry door but the handle and lock are functional. The driver and passenger seats swivel to face the living area and both have areas where the cover material has worn off (very common in older RVs). The exterior decals have some chips and cracks. The tires are roughly three years old and have very good tread depth. The seller reports all mechanical and electrical features function normally. The local and visiting consultant was very impressed with this unit; so many opportunities for adventures and the ability to take all the toys. Even above and beyond motorized toys, taking kayaks to explore the lakes at all the campgrounds. The RV's exterior does show the previous owner's decals, tried to also show them in the pictures for review. The interior is clean, neat, upgraded, and free from any smells. UPDATE: Seller just recently made round trip to Daytona, RV drove well, performed well, and ready for its next road trip. Coach has upgraded flooring and new wallpaper throughout the coach, with a new backsplash installed in the kitchen. The coach is clean inside and shows well; the coach did have a leak in the roof, but it was repaired. The outside coach has some fading and some scratches, and it shows its age. I am told the Generator cranks but will not fire only has 109 hours. The seller says it runs great and has no issues other than the Gen-set.
