The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service process fee if inside the US and $495 dealer service process fee for buyers outside the US (this helps to cover the costs and related expenses.). GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 4 yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 4 yr old RVs. Please keep in mind it does have 70k miles Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 22'6" foot According to NADA. This RV is a Fourwinds Chateau 21C C Class. Fourwinds makes many fine RVs like the Hurricane , Siesta , Windsport The coach has the following options/features: Converter rear Hitch 3500 capacity Patio Awningonan quiet gen Stove top Microwave Oven TV There is a roof AC unit that work. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Dash AC works Nada price is nearly 47k. this includes a 5k deduct for the miles. Please keep in mind the price posted does reflect the overall condition and the miles This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 4 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 4 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep over the cab dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The rear tires need replacement. The Front tires are a 2013 date code. RV tire life is 7 yrs, so under NORMAL usage they should be good thru 2020. Most of the rear tires have plenty of tread, however they are over 7 yrs old and need replacement. ( one of the rear ones, looks like a USED tires, which is likely since the tires are living on barrowed time.) There is a second AC in the toy area. Also, some stairs to climb to the roof. So this RV is similar to the Airstream Skydeck.. This RV was just driven nearly 700 miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does seem to blow cold air. The Duramax DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. The Onan diesel generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This Toy hauler RV does have a smell of smoke. The previous owner must have been a smoker. The smell of smoke is not really that strong, but still detectable. Personally, we do not feel that the smoke smell is too bad, just noticeable. Hopefully, a thorough cleaning would remove the smell. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please call us, if you need to know something, 866 381 4279. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 6 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 19.5 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $1900. For the buy it now price of $99999 we will include new tires and a warranty. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $99999 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item powered up for your complete inspection. All windows are double paned insulated glass and all walls are thick with tons of R-value, so the coldest of cold or the hottest of hot won't bother you while camping. Next, lets talk about the floor plan. Anyone that has ever slept on a pull out couch does not like the idea of RVing if you are not sleeping in the master suite. This is one of the ONLY RVs I have ever been around that has 2 queen beds, not made up couches or dinettes, and not an air mattress on the floor. Over the cab of the truck is a full size queen bed that you can lift up to make it easier to enter the cab itself. Gone are the days of having to reassemble your RV to accommodate another couple. The dinette will convert into a bed should you need more sleeping area and there is a ton of storage under the cushions.
