please check my feedback as I always try to tell it like it is. let me start by saying I am not an RV dealer I am a car dealer buying and selling RVs is my passion. for sale is a beautiful 1998 four winds 22ft class c motorhome with only 44k miles runs and drives perfect everything within the coach works as it should this coach is also set up and wired for a Onan generator the majority of these 22 foot motorhomes did not come with generators installed but with that said it is completely set up if you decided to put one in it. The dash air-conditioning will keep the entire coach cool even in hot conditions as for the roof air it also works blows cold as for the heater in the back of the couch it also works. 5.7 chevy V8 motor very desirable when looking for motorhomes they get incredible gas mileage. generator it does come with a portable generator . no leaks laminate is in great condition very shiny very well taken care of as for the interior carpet and upholstery everything is in really great shape. tires are like new no shake and shimmy is no cracking on the side walls it's my understanding they have less than a couple thousand miles on them. roof looks good. as for any problems truthfully this is a really nice coach the only thing on my recommend would be front rotors could use turned little shack but not that bad I would drive it across country as is . as for my asking price this is one of the most desirable class C motorhome's on the market price is very fair I Will consider offers but nothing ridiculous please feel free to come test drive it is located at 11:01 N. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The Triton V10 motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 4 yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 4 yr old RVs. Most of the rear tires have plenty of tread, however they are over 7 yrs old and need replacement. ( one of the rear ones, looks like a USED tires, which is likely since the tires are living on barrowed time.)
