Also a flat screen TV that flips around and is used in the living area as well. The living area has a couch that folds down to a twin bed and a table (that is in the shape of a half circle) that folds down to a full size bed. Also has surround sound and am/fm stereo with cd player. The kitchen area has a sink, microwave oven, range top, oven, and refrigerator. All appliances are black. The counter top is brown speckled. Has a pantry and lots of cupboard space. We are leaving the toaster, coffee pot and sweeper with the camper. All of the cabinets are in a light oak wood and the floor is light brown laminate. There is only carpet where the slideouts are. Very low maintenance. The bathroom is full size with bath tub, shower, sink, medicine cabinet and toliet. We have a full house water filteration system attached to the water line. The campground has sewage and water included with the lot rent. The back bedroom has one of the slide outs. It makes alot of room with the 4 bunk beds. 2 of the beds are oversized and 2 are full size. They have a couple of big drawers and cupboards in bedroom.
