This 2017 Georgetown is in very good condition; extra low miles. Everything works according to the seller as far as they know. The tires are four years old and have good tread. There have been no major repairs. Stock #306243 Class A Georgetown in nearly-new condition, only 4900 miles, loaded, ready! Georgetown Class A motor homes are highly sought after because of their great design and excellent reliability. This 2017 GT3 has those qualities and is really low miles, making this a fantastic buy. The exterior of the unit is glossy and it has new tires all the way around. The batteries are just two years old. It has been serviced regularly personally by the seller who has had the rig for approximately 7 years. The rig has spent every winter in Florida per the seller. It has a ding on the back which was caused by a roving fire hydrant that snuck up behind them. It also has a small dent in the driver's side rear basement storage door. It also has small scratches on the paint here and there. The interior has some normal wear and tear evident on the cabinetry from moderate use. The ultra leather on the front seats is worn, which is common on these units. The unit had a lightning strike and the inverter, transfer switch, and refrigerator motherboard were replaced. The tires, mechanicals, and paint are reported to be in good shape. However, there is some peeling vinyl on the furniture (typical non-leather). The A/C from the engine for the cab needs to be recharged. It got warmer slowly. The front house roof unit runs but is not cold. That just started (the rear one in the bedroom is fine). The key is broken off in the door lock. The toilet did not flush when purchased. Took the feed hose off and put it back on, was working but stopped again. The radio was fine, now no sound (Could be a user error). The tv in the bedroom works but the one up front does not. It has a satellite system, but the current owner has never used it. Overall, a nice coach and a handy person could likely fix most of the issues.
