The seller states that all mechanicals are in working order. The unit is being sold as is, where is. The photos show that work still needs to be completed on the interior. The headliner shows signs of nicotine staining. The unit's exterior needs buffing and wax and has a few dings and dents. The carpet is missing forward by the passenger seat and recliner. According to the sellers, all systems work as intended. Even though not using it much, they start and run all the systems frequently to keep her in good working condition. The roof has replaced Jan. 2020 with a TPO covering that was heat welded by the previous owner. The new microwave was replaced in 2019 also from the previous owner.
