The advantage is you have much better visibility out the passenger side while driving, and while camping you can easily pass items out to the camping area. It also makes the unit feel much more open and airy. The refrigerator/freezer is the largest in a Class B and even keeps ice cream frozen! Two small tables with posts stow out of the way; a table can be installed at the rear when the bed is a sofa, or can be located at the front, between the captain chairs. Captain chairs easily rotate to become part of the coach seating furniture. This is a luxurious RV that gets great gas mileage we routinely average 17 MPG depending on wind conditions but have gotten up to 20 MPG.
