This is no stripped-down eco special either. It's packed with features like a big LCD color TV, tons of closet space, several large outside storage compartments, and a full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Guardian Quietpact 4kw genset that only has 270 hours plus the RV itself only has 45k ACTUAL MILES so it's barely broken-in! We recently picked this coach up at a bank auction in Florida then drove it back to our place here in Mississippi with NO PROBLEMS. All this means is that at some point in the past, an insurance company paid it off. Theft recoveries that are paid off still get an insurance title. Much more info, give us a call. This is a well built Gulf Stream. This company has been building quality units for years and the coachs are built to last. This unit is built on the strong Ford Super Duty chassis and is powered by the powerful Triton V10 motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The Triton V10 motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. For sale is Solid 27' 1996 Gulfstream Conquest with a rear bedroom, sleeps 8, 65715 miles, and a low BUY IT NOW!! The outside is in good shape for being 18 years old. The camper has fiberglass sides, good paint and stripes, good glass, nice wheels and tires, black water, gray water, and fresh water holding tanks, gas furnace, gas water heater, porch awning, Ford V8 7.5L motor, E350 chassis, Generac 5000 generator, electric step, and tow package. The inside is also good shape. The camper has tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows, power locks, AM/FM radio, dash air, and cup holders. Right above the captains chairs is a big sleeping area. Behind the drivers chair is dinette that folds down to makes a bed. Behind the passenger chair is a couch that makes a bed. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen. The kitchen has a double stainless steal sink, a Dometic refrigerator and freezer, Magic Chef microwave, and Wedgewood gas stove. Down the hall way is the bathroom. The shower is in the left hand side of the hall way. On the right hand side is a room that has a stool, sink, and medicine cabinet. In the raer of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen walk around bed, night stand reading lights upper cabinets, and a TV shelf. Overall: The camper is in overall good shape. We drove the unit over 200 miles and it drove great. There are no leaks or odors in the camper. We have ran throught the systems and the sytems are working correctly. This is a USED camper and does have normal wear to it. It has no major flaws but does have wear. Terms of sale: A $1000 Non Refundable deposit is due after 48 hours after the auction is over and the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of the auction ending. When you BUY a camper from an auction it is a legal binding contract. Please don't be confused when you are bidding on this camper. You are not shopping, you are BUYING. All payments can be made by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. All checks or money orders need to be made out to 4ZS RVS. Holiday rambler builds nothing but luxury motor homes and campers for over 60 years and has long been the brand other manufactures compare there RV's too for a reason, Better built, better insulated and last longer with less maintenance and less worries than your average Coachmen, Gulf stream, Four Winds or Fleetwood . New this Holiday Rambler McKenzie Rouge cost about $30,000 More than those other brands but you get what you paid for. Notice the siding , It looks like fiberglass but is actually a high gloss smooth metal and instead of being glued on like fiberglass it is riveted on instead . This cost a lot more than fiberglass but you have no delamination worries because there is no glue plus it holds the shine and striping a lot better than fiberglass .
