We love the layout with two big sofa/beds that can be combined to form one HUGE king size+ bed! There's also a table stored underneath that you can set up for dining. This is no stripped-down eco special either. It's packed with features like a big LCD color TV, tons of closet space, several large outside storage compartments, and a full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Guardian Quietpact 4kw genset that only has 270 hours plus the RV itself only has 45k ACTUAL MILES so it's barely broken-in! We recently picked this coach up at a bank auction in Florida then drove it back to our place here in Mississippi with NO PROBLEMS. In addition, it recently drove all the way from California not long before that! When we tell you that this coach is ready to hit the road, we aren't just whistling Dixie...we've put it to the test! All this means is that at some point in the past, an insurance company paid it off. Theft recoveries that are paid off still get an insurance title. If you're looking for the perfect starter RV or handyman special, then look no further than this 1997 Gulf Stream Conquest 6200. At only 20ft long, it's SUPER EASY to drive and maneuver. Anyone will feel comfortable behind the wheel. Plus it has a small block 5.4 V8 engine instead of the usual 7.5 motor so it gets great fuel economy! Of course, with only 9900 miles it's barely broken-in! It's got all the RV equipment too from the generator to holding tanks, full kitchen and bathroom as well. Speaking of the gen, it's a 5.5 kw unit with only 58 hours so it runs great! Now nothing is too good to be true so there is a catch and the catch is that this RV needs a new roof. You can buy a roof kit here on ebay for this compact size for just a few hundred dollars. Add a some wood and you can have it fixed for little or nothing. We just do not have anyone who will get it done or we would do it ourselves and watch this coach bring ALOT more money than we're going to sell it for. We've had our mechanic go over everything and it all seems to work fine. We drove it over 200 miles ourselves so we wouldn't hesitate to get in it and go anywhere.
