You are bidding on a barn find! This RV was rescued from sitting for a few years, will need work, but it a great project! Was running and driving when parked in 2007. Fuel Pump was just replaced. Mileage is actual st 69000. It is automatic transmission. RV does start up, but does not stay running. Radiator was recently replace and all fluids changed. There is some water damage and assume you will need to do the interior. AC unit is there, but is not tested, along with original refridgerator and hot water heater(both not tested). Stove appears to be missing, but RV comes with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and TV with remote. Plumbing seems intact, but was not tested. There is no generator, but I have one for sale. Electrical was not tested as well. This would make a great project or restoration. These RVs can get 19 MPG! The motors are very well known for reliability. Delivery is available for a fee. For sale is Solid 27' 1996 Gulfstream Conquest with a rear bedroom, sleeps 8, 65715 miles, and a low BUY IT NOW!! The outside is in good shape for being 18 years old. The camper has fiberglass sides, good paint and stripes, good glass, nice wheels and tires, black water, gray water, and fresh water holding tanks, gas furnace, gas water heater, porch awning, Ford V8 7.5L motor, E350 chassis, Generac 5000 generator, electric step, and tow package. The inside is also good shape. The camper has tilt wheel, cruise control, power windows, power locks, AM/FM radio, dash air, and cup holders. Right above the captains chairs is a big sleeping area. Behind the drivers chair is dinette that folds down to makes a bed. Behind the passenger chair is a couch that makes a bed. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen. The kitchen has a double stainless steal sink, a Dometic refrigerator and freezer, Magic Chef microwave, and Wedgewood gas stove. Down the hall way is the bathroom. The shower is in the left hand side of the hall way. On the right hand side is a room that has a stool, sink, and medicine cabinet. In the raer of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen walk around bed, night stand reading lights upper cabinets, and a TV shelf. Overall: The camper is in overall good shape. We drove the unit over 200 miles and it drove great. There are no leaks or odors in the camper. We have ran throught the systems and the sytems are working correctly. This is a USED camper and does have normal wear to it. It has no major flaws but does have wear. Terms of sale: A $1000 Non Refundable deposit is due after 48 hours after the auction is over and the balance to be paid in full within 7 days of the auction ending. When you BUY a camper from an auction it is a legal binding contract. Please don't be confused when you are bidding on this camper. You are not shopping, you are BUYING. All payments can be made by wire transfer, money order, cashiers check, or cash. All checks or money orders need to be made out to 4ZS RVS. Payment can be sent by FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service. There is a 7% sales tax that I must collect if you are from the following states: Indiana, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Main, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you pay sales tax you will be given a ST-108 tax form. This form tells your state that you have already paid your tax so you will not pay tax again. There is a $100 title, tag, and documentation fee. If you are from Mexico I also have to collect sales tax. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cold air The Engine is a International Diesel a VT 365 series. Direct injection complete with a turbo and inner cooler. The motor Runs like it should The automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. The gen is a variable speed gen, approx 209 hours There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 102k. Please understand if you desire to do a trade, i generally recommend book vs book This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 6 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 8 There is room for two in the rear King bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2over cab sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires date code that indicated they are the originals and there for should be replaced. The buy it now price posted includes 6 Brand new tires. The tires on the RV are showing early signs of side wall cracking The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. The front TV is missing the remote. With that said i have not been able to turn it on. The front window is tinted. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do NOT bid. . If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24 hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance. I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid. In order to receive the $100 discount, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is due within 5 days period. If you do not pay within the 5 days we do reserve the right to NOT sell the unit to you. I will NOT hand over my title until your funds have cleared my account, approx. 7-8 Calender days. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title till your funds clear MY bank or approx 7-8 Calender days. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
