Two TV’s; entertainment system with outdoor speakers. Enclosed and heated underbelly, Fiberglass siding, Electric awning, 15” LCD TV w/ DVD (I have the manufacturer’s equipment sheet)Repairs: Fresh water tank strap broke; repaired 08/12. Replaced three vent covers on 07/14. (a few other repairs had been done by dealer under warranty). Other modifications and enhancements to improve storage, access and functionality. Maintenance: Brakes checked, adjusted and wheel bearings repacked in summer of 2014. The awning left arm sprocket is out of alignment due to wind. This 2017 Gateway by Hartland 3650BH has been well taken care of. The owner has waxed the RV yearly to protect it from the sun. The leather furniture has a few pealing issues, and the present owner has put a cover over the areas with issues. The tires were all replaced in 2021 with sailum tires, made for RVs. Stock #369285 EXCELLENT 2017 HEARTLAND GATEWAY 3650BH FIFTH WHEEL! This 2017 Gateway by Hartland 3650BH is in great condition. It has a very open and comfortable interior and can sleep up to eight people. This RV was built with quality in mind, with both the undercarriage and the living space made well. The present owner improved upon it, adding a stabilizer bar for the center of the undercarriage. The present owner purchased this fifth wheel and made several upgrades, including a rear stabilizer jack that reduces the RV's movement when the kids are running around. In 2022, he upgraded to a Reese Goose Box, making a connection to your pick-up much easier. The living area has plenty of seating, including a sofa that opens to a full bed and a dinette that also opens up to a twin bed. The back bedroom has a bunk bed, and a drop-down bed that can sleep up to four children. There is also a half bed to keep the kids separate from the adults. This RV has five TVs: two in the living area, one in the back room, one in the master bedroom, and one outside in the exterior kitchen. The iRV stereo has speakers throughout the RV and outside, where you can listen while sitting under the full-size awning.
