This is an above average RV! It has a walk around queen bed with underneath storage, and beautiful solid Oak raised panel cabinets throughout! This floor plan has a huge walk through bathroom with a NEO angled shower with a glass surround, a foot flush toilet, a sink with vanity and medicine cabinet and across from that is a huge hallway closet with (3) large doors for hanging clothes, and (9) drawers for folded clothes! The main living area has a super slide on the off door side with a free standing table and (4) chairs and a hide-a-bed sleeper sofa. You can sleep (4) people in this RV. Across from the super slide is a full galley (kitchen) with a high out put ceramic (3) burner cook top with auto ignite, below that a 1/2 time convection microwave oven and it has a double door refer. It has several cabinets and pantry's! The exterior of this Sundance is very nice too. Heartland uses aluminum framed sidewalls, fronts and backs with fiberglass exterior. It has (2) entry doors, it has a 15' Carefree power awning, exterior speakers, wide trax suspension, (6) lug 15" aluminum wheels and the tires look to have about 85% of the tread left. It has a black tank flush, (4) stab jacks, a large pass through front storage compartment, it has the front diamond plated rock guard, (2) 20lb LP tanks with a cover, the previous owner also installed a diamond plated tool box on the front, a spare tire, an exterior shower, and a (6) gallon gas/electric DSI hot water heater!
